Brillio give support to different kind of industry and built services for them. Ithelps creating and maintaining the website for our healthcare provider.

**What do you like best about Brillio?**

Brillio has had a good track of success. Also the team is super helpful when reached out to, very responsive and for me this is a game changer. Good customer service is always appreciated sometimes even above features

**What do you dislike about Brillio?**

I did not find anything to not like about Brillio. You may find some negative reviews about it but with experience I would suggest to look past it as it's a useful tool, good team to support you

**What problems is Brillio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Majorly using it for analytics to get some actionable insights and build strategies for ourselves. Implementing and designing strategies backed by strong data is very important for us

People there are really nice and the processes and easy and straightforward

I think a bit more focus on a specific direction might give them a better angle at helping more niche businesses

**What problems is Brillio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brilliant os working with large companies helping them to introduce digital solutions to scale the business. For example they are great for introducing e-commerce solutions for existing offline businesses

**What do you like best about Brillio?**

briilio has a good customer support team always ready to help us out. We have their services tailored to our needs. They also have support for services like AI\ML and blockchain.

**What do you dislike about Brillio?**

The pricing of brillio services are on the higher side. Tracking our progress is also not possible easily. There might be a  few delays here and there, but all completed by the end.

**Recommendations to others considering Brillio:**

It is a pretty good service provider. If you can afford it, then it is one of the best ones out there

**What problems is Brillio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our data analytics and even cloud support was handled by brilllio.

**What do you like best about Brillio?**

I like the quality of service they provide to their clients. Comparatively the company is new but the solutions are of utmost quality and their delivery is always on time.

**What do you dislike about Brillio?**

I don't really dislike about them sometimes the solutions are bit difficult to understand and require a little bit of expertise of the software used but overall the quality is good.

**Recommendations to others considering Brillio:**

Please do use it if you are looking digital transformation for your business in terms of CLM, CRM, QTC. It can really help you to scale your business.

**What problems is Brillio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps it's clients to create customer relationship mgmt, contract lifecycle mgmt, quote to cash solutions as per their needs. They also provide various other solutions related to analytics and technology.

**What do you like best about Brillio?**

Standav offers CRM, CPQ , API Integration delivery and Contract Analytics. Its okay in my frank opinion nothing too fancy. But there is scope for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Brillio?**

The products are half baked and not yet mature there are several bugs.

**Recommendations to others considering Brillio:**

Try otherz. This aint thd best one.

**What problems is Brillio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is into CRM, analytics insights and a few fields and i feel they should bave focused on one product first.  Ghey are like jack of all trades but master of none.

easy integration with other softwares, less time taken for configuration uploads, no lapse in data imports and quick and easy AI driven applications help us navigate quickly to the root cause ! also very affordable

**What do you dislike about Brillio?**

1. There is not much to dislike , only suggestion would be to improve the sandbox speed a bit, and reduce the lag that occurs - though it is expected because of the initial load on the server

nothing much , this is a great piece of software

**What problems is Brillio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

standev is the best software for helping in implementations with CRM software, this is the best solution consulting software that I have ever worked with till now !

**What do you like best about Brillio?**

Cost-effective and easily integrated into our work with the typically long process of security approval. Makes scaling very easily and interacting with customers to be a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Brillio?**

Data entry will always be a challenge, no matter what. No one likes to do it, but it has to be done in order to take advantage of Standav's tools. It is what it is and no robot can replace it.

**What problems is Brillio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using automation in daily tasks was the main priority allowing users to focus more on the thinking tasks rather than the tedious manual work.

**Describe the project or task Brillio helped with:**

Our company has partnered with Standav for 2 separate enhancement projects to our Apttus Revenue Recognition system.  Both projects were an unmitigated success!  We were able to complete our projects on time and within budget.  

Standav works hard to meet the needs of our business.  As a result, our business users implemented more efficient processes that were recognized by our management and external auditors.  We were able to move processes that were previously tracked off system, into our normal business process for visibility and accuracy.

Revenue recognition is a constantly evolving business process that requires adaptation to new initiatives from management.  Without their help, we would be unable to meet the needs of our business. 

As a result of these successful projects, we also have engaged with Standav in a day to day support role, to meet the ups and downs in support demand.

Standav has a thorough understanding of our software environment and is highly responsive to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Brillio?**

There is nothing to dislike.   I look forward to additional engagements with Standav.

We were able to move manual, offline processes so that there were handled within our businesses ERP and CPQ environment.

The pricing development took offering is the best, makes the process seamless.

The data entry bit is a bit cumbersome compared to some of the alternatives in the market.

Give it time. The analytics and CRM is a powerful tool, some things such as data entry and set up can be a little tedious, overall an excellent tool.

The CRM is the most important offering from standav that I've used. It really makes the process of maintaining, using and getting key customer analytics metrics easier.

Standav helped with the implementation of a 1200 user go-live for CPQ.

**What do you like best about Brillio?**

Their upfront leadership and partnership to prosper and do the correct implementation. Standav implemented Salesforce CPQ for Toast and redesigned their whole product hierarchy.

**What do you dislike about Brillio?**

I would say nothing I disliked about the partnership with Standav as they were upfront with their risk capturing system

Redesigned whole product hierarchy, making sure that products and associated pricing are set up correctly which in turns increased productivity for the end user using the system.

Standav has provided onshore and offshore help to facilitate the delivery of Salesforce CPQ configuration, development, qa testing and release management.  They are customer focused, dedicated to getting the job done and very collaborative and interested in continuous improvements.

**What do you like best about Brillio?**

This team feels like an extension of our company with their dedication to get the job done.  If I have a funded project they are able to scale quickly and handle the KT within their team.

**What do you dislike about Brillio?**

Nothing.  I get executive level attention and assistance when needed, and the dev, test and release resources do a great job.

**Recommendations to others considering Brillio:**

In addition to being a strong SFDC and CPQ delivery partner, the leadership team at Standav are thought leaders in CPQ with an extensive network of partner solutions.  I would encourage you to include them in high level strategic discussions for their industry best practices.
