One variation would take many hours, almost impossible to make the variations that are possible with Predictor without the automated support. **What do you dislike about Brightly Predictor?** It only does one thing... that one thing is great, but seems to be a part of a larger solution, versus stand alone. **What problems is Brightly Predictor solving and how is that benefiting you?** It will support long-term decision analysis once implemented with AE ### 3. We learn about the Capital Forecasting from there. The biggest thing that we like is the capability of the program to not just connect with the Facility Dude but provide you with reminders in all the capital projects you have. Our Facility Director does not have to go into another area it's all in one place. For me as the COO, I can review the plan for the upcoming year and know what to project for our next years budget. It also helps other management team to know what our plans are if given access. It helps track, record even has an area that helps our Facility Director manage cost. This also helps our Building Committee to see our 10 year plan and discern the information to the board for why we need funding. The other component is how through they were in the reviewing our facility. When they did the presentation, they were friendly, was very knowledgeable and was so accommodating. We had asked them to have to do the presentation a few times to a few committee's we have. **What do you dislike about Brightly Predictor?** We just started this a month ago so I can't say there is something we dislike about it yet. If there is anything I will definitely come back and make the change. **Recommendations to others considering Brightly Predictor:** I highly recommend this product especially to non-profit organization. As non-profits we tend to leave capital projects to later however, knowing when things will need to be replaced, having a timeline and projected cost will help prepare until it is to late. **What problems is Brightly Predictor solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to project in the next 10 years what we need and start planning. Our Facility Director is now equip with tools to be prepared and reminded on what is up on the list. The graphs and reports available is handing for presentation to our board. ### 5. It is great to give concrete evidence to higher ups in order to support the things our department asks for. **What do you dislike about Brightly Predictor?** I don't like that once a need is saved you can't edit some sections. If the need is saved and you put something on accident, you have to create a new one rather than editing it. **Recommendations to others considering Brightly Predictor:** Self audits to cut back the cost from a third party. The staff in the buildings have a good idea on things that need to be dealt with. **What problems is Brightly Predictor solving and how is that benefiting you?** FTE needs, budget issues, capital forecasting. It gives our district the ability to have information to back up what we have been telling the school board all these years. It also helps organize the information to present to the public as to why were are spending money at certain locations over others ### 6. Brand new user. Once this is complete and the data is input into the system, we will be able to use the functionality of the software. I has been very smooth working with Dude Solutions throughout the process. **What do you dislike about Brightly Predictor?** The only downside is the amount of time that it takes to complete the Facility Condition Assessment and have everything loaded into the software. I understand why it takes time, but that is the only downside that I have encountered so far. **What problems is Brightly Predictor solving and how is that benefiting you?** We will have the ability to present valid data to our board about the facility needs of our school now and in the future, so that we can plan for funding. ### 7. Therefore, based on the information entered the reporting is very objective. It shows you what needs to be replaced when so no one is thinking that specific areas or locations are getting specialized treatment. **What do you dislike about Brightly Predictor?** It is very cumbersome. You have to know what you are specifically doing to update or change the information. It links to Maintenance Direct which I thinks has caused some problems. **What problems is Brightly Predictor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a Capital Maintenance 6 year plan and putting building systems on a replacement cycle. ### 8. At this time I haven't spend enough time analyzing all the data I recently received through EMG's asseement and the data that was uploaded into Capitla Forecast. **Recommendations to others considering Brightly Predictor:** Data gathering on equipment and building systems is critical to your success. **What problems is Brightly Predictor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yearly capital needs and a pending Bond for voter's approval one or two years. ### 9.
