Load your building component data ( Site, building, System name, system component, last replaced, replacement cycle, cost information, etc) and the program will generate by school, by building component what items and how much money is needed by year.  Based on your dates it will give you your backlog as well. This has been a wonderful program for us to show the Board where we standing from a building component standpoint and the funds that are needed to keep our buildings current.  Since the stat of the program 4-5 years ago we have increased our generated revenue from $18 million a year to $55 million a year starting January of 2023.
