Perhaps you should consider bringing it to the American continent to reach more clients. There's a low annual fee for using the software, which makes it very attractive to small business owners compared to paying an accountant or book-keeper for doing the same job. The software is really easy to use and gives you complete control over your pay-roll, with all the information you need available at the click of a button. There's a comprehensive help section too. **What do you dislike about Bright?** There's not much to dislike about Brightpay - I used to wonder how to back the system up, but I contacted the online technical support team and were really helpful. **Recommendations to others considering Bright:** Definitely worth having the free trial so you can get to grips with all the functions of the software before you commit to buying it. The full price for the software is £99 a year for a small business. It integrates with your pension provider to auto-enrolment purposes too, so you can submit PAYE and pension information at the touch of a button - highly recommended! **What problems is Bright solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Brightpay software has solved the problem of having to pay a monthly fee to my accountant for carrying out the same service that I can do for £99 a year. It takes less than 15 minutes a month to update the salary information and submit the payroll and pension information for my five staff. Automation is amazing within the software so sending letters of engagement and client reminders is a breeze and saves you loads of time every week. The online document approval system allows you to send clients documents securely on the cloud for them to approve electronically so no need to post any documents. You can also do AML checks and credit checks within the software which saves even more time, all at the click of a button. **What do you dislike about Bright?** Nothing. I wish they did more accountancy software as I would certainly use it. **What problems is Bright solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main two problems that Accountancy Manager solves is Administration burden and lack of time. This software takes both of these headaches away. ### 18. Support have always been great. Integrates wellnwith Xero for billing. Customers love portal and quick signature of accounts. **What do you dislike about Bright?** I often share a task tona team member once completed it goes to next year but doesn't return to my task list even though i am client manager. Would love a facility to bull allocate tasks rather than going into each task. **What problems is Bright solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes managment so much easier especially with working from home the fact all emails go into software and filed to each client means everyone can see all communication. ### 19. I know what work I have to start on, where things are at in the pipeline and who has been in touch and needs a reply. **What do you dislike about Bright?** Some features can be improved, but the product is always being developed and improved. Two way integration with MS Outlook would be really great and is set to be integrated later this year. **What problems is Bright solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem being solved is that administration and non-chargeable tasks are taken care of automatically. The benefits realised include correspondence being filed and a log generated of all emails sent/received. I also love the automated task list generator. It has saved us having multiple spreadsheets that are all out of date. **What do you dislike about Bright?** The ONLY flaw in the product in my opinion is that it's not that great a CRM for marketing / leads.
