We have more than 1k users active globally who use our application and bridgerpay enables seamless payments with 0% payment leakage and ensuring a complete transparent mechanism. **What do you dislike about BridgerPay?** There is no customization available in starting plans which offers customized check out and also the interface consumes a lot of time in preparing report level view which is again very time-consuming. We would like to see some improvements in this space to enable more transactions happening uninterruptedly. **What problems is BridgerPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** When you have users active on your application across the globe - the first and very obvious challenge is to enable a finetuned payment mechanism and BridgerPay comes to our rescue here. It helps us in routing all the payments via its easy integration to different global payment operators. This not only enables us to gain more traction but also to operate efficiently. ### 2. BridgerPay is all good except for the absence of an app for monitoring transactions. **What do you dislike about BridgerPay?** Navigating through BridgerPays range of services is overwhelming and difficult. Their setup is professional and supportive it lacks user features. **What problems is BridgerPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** BridgerPay solves the payment processing problem on a scale. This is expanding our customer base. Their solution simplifies the payment process allowing us to accept payments from countries and currencies. ### 3. I also like their client follow-up and after-sales services and frequent video calls to ensure all is caught up. **What do you dislike about BridgerPay?** Nothing. Everything is great until now. Getting help when needed is not always available- so its great to have this with a processor group like Bridgerpay. **What do you dislike about BridgerPay?** There have been times in the past where we have asked for certain requests and it might have jumped some communication barrier- While not 100% bridgerpays fault- sometimes not having a live chat might have been the cause. **Recommendations to others considering BridgerPay:** Its a great setup with lots of support and help at all times. Very Professional! **What problems is BridgerPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** More or less when there is a problem it gets solved fast, so no problems there.
