BRI Consulting is the senior partner-led, boutique consulting practice within BRI Associates. The practice helps medium and large businesses with diversified new business growth and innovation strategy and implementation. Engagements are intentionally boutique, partner-led, and project-based — clients work directly with the principals whose names are on the door, not with junior staff. The practice is anchored in decades of practitioner experience in corporate innovation and new business development — much of it inside Intel's New Business Incubator from 1998 onward — and operationalizes a curated synthesis of leading strategy and innovation frameworks drawing on the work of Hambrick, Christensen, Moore, Tushman, Osterwalder, and others. Practitioners, not pundits or academics — learned theory from the best thought leaders, but greatest lessons came from doing. Service offerings are organized into two top-level categories: Innovation, New Business Growth, & Strategy Consulting (with three sub-areas — Strategy & Business Development; Innovation/Business Incubation Capability Creation; Innovation/Business Incubation Optimization) and Skills & Best Practices Training Workshops. Engagements are scoped rather than open-ended billable hours; the business model optimizes for client ROI, not for billable hours.
