Brault Reviews & Product Details

Brault is a creative asset management platform based in New York. Founded to solve the tool fragmentation that creative teams face daily, Brault unifies file storage, AI-powered search, project planning, visual feedback, file delivery, and brand management in a single platform. The team builds for creative professionals who need DAM-grade capabilities without enterprise complexity or pricing. Core features include AI search that analyzes the actual content of images, videos, audio, and documents across 50+ file formats, so teams can find files by describing what is inside them rather than guessing filenames. Workspaces organize assets by client, project, or campaign beyond traditional folder structures. Boards provide Kanban-style project tracking with custom properties attached directly to files, replacing the need for a separate project management tool. Collaborative feedback lets reviewers leave in-context comments, annotations, and timestamped notes on any file type. BTransfer is Brault's built-in file transfer engine, supporting files up to 250 GB with branded transfer pages, password protection, and expiration controls. White-label branding applies across the entire application, shared links, and transfer pages. Granular access control operates at the workspace, folder, and file level. Brault replaces the 3-5 separate tools creative teams typically juggle: cloud storage for files, a project management app for status tracking, a file transfer service for deliveries, and a review tool for feedback. Instead of scattering work across Google Drive, Trello, WeTransfer, and email threads, teams run their entire creative workflow from one place. Self-serve plans start at $0/month (Free), with paid tiers at $3/month (Lite), $10/month (Pro), and $60/month (Growth). Storage costs approximately $12 per TB, compared to approximately $1,000 per TB for traditional enterprise DAM platforms. An Enterprise plan adds SSO, advanced governance, dedicated support, and SLA guarantees.
