**What do you like best about brandy.im?**

Brandy.im has proven to be an incredibly versatile chat platform, allowing us to integrate a mortgage application bot within our bank's operational structure. This process, while complex due to our rigorous information security requirements, was ultimately successful. We were particularly impressed with Brandy.im's ability to meet all our safety specifications, providing an assurance of our data integrity. What sets Brandy.im apart, however, is the fact that our team can independently manage and develop the chatbot. This independence, despite the vendor's excellent support and technical team, was paramount to us and Brandy.im provided just that.

**What do you dislike about brandy.im?**

While there's a lot to appreciate about Brandy.im, it's worth noting that its usage isn't exactly straightforward. The platform has a learning curve which can be challenging for those unfamiliar with such systems. However, we understand that for a tool with the level of sophistication needed to tackle our complex tasks, simplicity might be too much to ask for.

**What problems is brandy.im solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brandy.im has been instrumental in revolutionizing our mortgage application process. The team is dedicated, responsible, and always willing to accommodate our requests, no matter how challenging they may be.

Honestly, it's hard to find something to dislike about “brandy”. The product has been excellent, and any time we've identified a feature that was missing or needed tweaking, the brandy.im team has been quick to implement or modify it, providing us with a customized solution that fits our business perfectly.

**What problems is brandy.im solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guys has effectively addressed the challenge of managing multi-channel communication with a global audience. It has not only eased the process but also made it more efficient and effective. **What do you like best about brandy.im?**

This platform has been great for our online sales. That chatbot feature - a total lifesaver. We use it both in communications and in marketing.

**What do you dislike about brandy.im?**

There's one thing that's a bit of a hassle though. When it comes to bulk messaging, it's tricky to get all the analytics in one place. Right now, we're setting campaign goals and then having to combine two separate reports to see the results. It'd be so much easier if we could see everything in one report.

**What problems is brandy.im solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helps us out a ton. It's like having an extra team member dealing with customer questions and handling repetitive tasks. Plus, bulk messaging is a breeze when we've got sales or new shoes to promote. There's that one analytics issue, but overall, it's still a fantastic tool for us.

**What do you like best about brandy.im?**

It's a good product, pretty user-friendly, and we can tweak it to fit our business. The support team is always there for us, which is a plus. As our company grows, this tool grows with us - it's like a part of our team now.

**What do you dislike about brandy.im?**

It can be a bit glitchy of course, but that's no different than any other software we use. The support team is quick to fix things, so it's not a problem at all.

It helps us chat with our customers in real time. It's boosted our customer service and we can handle several chats at once, which is great. It fits in with our other systems pretty smoothly, too. Minor issues aside, it's a tool we rely on.

Nothing to complain about here. The platform does its job just as we need it to.

We streamlined the customer support process by making it a combination of automated responses and human intervention. It increased our overall efficiency. The rate of request automation is now at about 30%, and we already know how to increase it.

**What do you like best about brandy.im?**

Chatting with clients, especially on Whatsapp, has become one of the main communication channels. We serve around 100,000 conversations a month. So it was important to us that the platform could handle the high load and be flexible to be built into our work flows. 

The product itself is really functional. There is everything you need to manage a department of customer support agents, as well as to implement AI into the customer service process.

And what is probably even more important is the support team. The guys advise us on best practices and are able to implement all of these technically. Really appreciate that!


**What do you dislike about brandy.im?**

A bit complex onboarding. But we started using it almost 4 years ago and as far as I concern it has become much easier to setup and there are a lot of completely ready-to-use features now.

**What problems is brandy.im solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing AI saves us a significant amount of resources. I'd say that this alone pays for the entire cost of the solution.

All Brandy's features and technologies allow us to provide excellent customer service. And that's the most important thing!

We've been using this service to provide customer support via livechat and messaging app for almost 5 years now. It was quite a journey and I have no dissapointments! Strongly recommend "brandy" to everyone who need a reliable chat-platform

Actually everything is fine. Yes some bags might happen rarely, but the team reacts fast

For everything that concerns the customer support tasks for an online store, this is a very elaborate and effective solution. Also for the last year we have been actively working on the application of AI, which will allow us to reduce costs even more.

I would like more documentation and video tutorials

At our agency, we use "brandy" to develop chatbots for our clients. It was necessary to have a universal tool as the client's tasks vary a lot. Brandy covers that.

Support team is really helpful

Developing chatbots was a bit more complicated than we thought. 

Though this has more to do with the fact that our customers' demands are constantly growing.
