What do you like best about BrandOffice?

BrandOffice has added bookmarks for both images and text. If the company decides to change the footer of its letterhead we change this online and this gets pulled through to each newly generated letter. Also, if the branding changes (logo, etc.), the same applies. A new logo gets uploaded and this gets pulled through to each new document which we generate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up new templates with book marks is a bit fiddly but that's a Microsoft thing not a Brand Office thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrandOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to create uniform documents that have consistent branding and content. Not just for client experience but for regulatory reasons as well. The system solves that problem, by allowing us to have a centralised library of content that can be used easily across the whole team. What do you like best about BrandOffice?

The fact that all templates are easily deployed if branding changes and you are guaranteed that all staff have the correct versions of documents to use. I like that I can manage my own templates from the console and I decide what is used in the business without needing any vendor or third party support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
