In my opinion there are no downsides to working with BrandMail. **What problems is BrandMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Apple was creating an incredible headache for me because my email signature was showing up as a huge file in other's people's inbox. Not only did they solve this problem, but they gave me added useability with clickable banners and links. I have the flexibility to adapt and change when necessary, and am in control of every aspect of my signature. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. Paula has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. Simon has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups. Set-up with our workspace was a breeze; Simon walked us through how it works so we can change things if we need but also don't have to struggle through a bunch of written directions just to get going. What's truly amazing is how responsive they continued to be even after set-up and trial was over! Technology always requires working out kinks; what makes it easiest is having people to work with who are knowledgable and excited to help, and BrandMail definitely provides that! **What problems is BrandMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We decided to look into signature software because with 60+ employees that all need signatures, the ones we had been (manually) making over the years became extremely inconsistent and time-consuming to create. We wanted signatures that looked the exact same in font size, placement, and content regardless of the team member you are corresponding with, minus the time and effort needed to create that. Not to mention, adding the above-mentioned home-made signature PDF file to an email can often direct it to spam, so we wanted to get something that would embed the signature in the email so it isn't flagged as having an unknown attachment. I can only speak no less than volumes to the level and degree of customer service BrandQuantum provides. They are unmatched to any experience I’ve had before. They are killing the game, I mean the ratings speak for themself. To put it into perspective, I am a startup who has only begun to dabble with Microsoft’s interfaces, they take the techwork and guesswork right out of it which is exactly what I needed. But hold on, it doesn’t stop here, the customer service isn’t the only golden goose here. Let’s talk about the product itself, I was pulling my hair out trying to format some funky signature that would appear at least somewhat consistent across different platforms and let’s face it, the only way you get that is by sacrificing quality, branding, and identity. We wanted to use custom fonts in our signature; it's very important for our marketing department. 2. As an administrator, I wanted to implement a solution that allows the application of signatures to emails automatically. I spent a lot of time trying to find something that works with custom fonts. Most of the solutions even don't suggest this option, others suggest it, but the signature looks terrible, and the quality is not good. Branding mails that brings value and benefits to our customers! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Lauren B. | Business Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022 **What do you like best about BrandMail?** I love that Brandmail allows us to add messaging and campaigns to our signatures where you can't miss the message, these messages used to be missed by our customers sent via email as they were easily over-looked or seen as spam where now we know with the insights, feedback and call to actions that our customers are seeing these messages and are gaining value by what we offer. **What do you dislike about BrandMail?** I haven't come accross anything I don't like or appreciate I think it has great value for money and is delivers more than I was expecting. **What problems is BrandMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we were having before using BrandMail was that campaigns that were being run via email to our customers that were supposed to be benefitting our customers were being missed or overlooked. Because we email customers daily and our signatures are now branded our own, visible and we can add the messages and campaigns with a call to action these important and valuable messages are being seen and benefit our customers. It also solves the problem which is contact details my customers never had as my email signature previously used to only come through once in a thread and customers would have to search through it to get my details such as a phone number whereas now it's always there and is in line with our company's brand which I love. ### 50.
