We’ve had complications post-implementation, and it hasn’t helped that we’ve been transitioning our internal IT team—staff who are vital to supporting and resolving these issues. At times, it feels like there’s a disconnect between us explaining that we have a problem and don’t know how to solve it, and BQ responding that they don’t see any issues, that the issue is within our systems, and leaving it there. Overall, though, their customer service and willingness to help have been great. **What problems is BrandMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to main problems: (1) Non-compliance of employees creating custom position titles, having alternative email designs, etc. (2) Limitations for users to leverage the business development opportunities with email signatures. There is no manual input required. Emails sent from my iPhone are automatically signed by Brandquantums MS365 connector. When I got a new PC, I had placed the Brandquantum Windows application into my Microsoft Sharepoint site, and pulled the application from the site to the new PC and run the installer by myself without any input from Brandquantum's Team. I restarted outlook, synced the BRANDMAIL Add-on under Settings to the BQ Africa region and I was up and running again branding all my emails. Brandquantum's signature automation is incredible, I can easily change or update my contact information/signature within the Outlook BRANDMAIL tab and it syncs immediately. (No time wasted waiting for minor changes) If we require a full redesign on our email signatures, Brandquantums team always deliver a clean and appealing look to it. I use BrandMail everyday on every email. **What do you dislike about BrandMail?** It is hard to point out something wrong with a product that just works. I have nothing I dislike about the product, as it makes our business look professional. **What problems is BrandMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** For starters, our emails don't look like we slapped together some contact information and a basic logo of our company. Our email signatures were designed by Brandquantum to look professional and capture client's interest into our product offerings which we display in our signatures. Our signatures look identical across the board, which upholds our image when emailing clients. Since we are in a Modern Age, we have a QR code link imbedded into our signature, which allows us to share contact information with a simple QR code scan, no physical business cards required. This makes it highly efficient, saves me time and embarrasment and I trust that it's acurate. And each time I find a new way of doing things, I can just upload and everything's easily available to everyone. So, in the end, it removes the dependency on me, and the result is that it's like i've cloned myself to more people. It was super easy to install and integrate into our existing life because we're Microsoft Office dependent(I am the tech department!), and the customer support has been phenomenal - with the Brand Quantam team building us little help videos that we can access from our toolbar. Many were expensive, onerous, or didn't meet our security requirements. Enter BrandMail. We are still using the platform, and we love it! Tech support is top-notch, although we haven't had any problems with their software. They've helped us with other issues regarding our DMARC and SPF settings. We ran into an issue with them and they helped us correct it, which was wonderful. When we migrated from google to MS Office earlier this year, it quickly became evident that the infrastructure did not allow for multiple email aliases and brand signatures to work within our platform. The migration was difficult and this created a huge issue with client engagement and correspondance, along multiple brand lines. MS Office could not accommodate what we had in place with google - their workaround was cumbersome and created many extra, tedious steps for our Client Service Team, to send and reply to emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. Paula has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. Simon has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups. It has been relatively easy to teach my coworkers how to use BrandMail and they are using the templates frequently, which streamlines and provides consistent communication with our clients. **What do you dislike about BrandMail?** I would love to see BrandMail offer the ability to copy templates between toolbars/companies. This would make my job as an admin a little bit easier. We did have some technical IT challenges with BrandMail installation, but these were likely due to specific parameters of our server and remote setup. **What problems is BrandMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** BrandMail has solved the problem of employees having inconsistent signatures, styles, fonts and content. They were super quick to draft up beautiful signatures and get us started on a trial. Set-up with our workspace was a breeze; Simon walked us through how it works so we can change things if we need but also don't have to struggle through a bunch of written directions just to get going. What's truly amazing is how responsive they continued to be even after set-up and trial was over! Any time we have an issue, I'm amazed at the speediness of responses and how quickly things are resolved. They make sure we feel comfortable bringing up any problems and have so much enthusiasm to help out. I truly recommend BrandMail and their team! **What do you dislike about BrandMail?** BrandMail is more than I could ask for in terms of signature software; I can't think of any downsides that you wouldn't experience with other companies. Technology always requires working out kinks; what makes it easiest is having people to work with who are knowledgable and excited to help, and BrandMail definitely provides that! **What problems is BrandMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We decided to look into signature software because with 60+ employees that all need signatures, the ones we had been (manually) making over the years became extremely inconsistent and time-consuming to create. We wanted signatures that looked the exact same in font size, placement, and content regardless of the team member you are corresponding with, minus the time and effort needed to create that. Not to mention, adding the above-mentioned home-made signature PDF file to an email can often direct it to spam, so we wanted to get something that would embed the signature in the email so it isn't flagged as having an unknown attachment.
