"Brandi AI Feels Like a Built-In Content Coach for Buyer Intent"

What do you like best about Brandi AI?

As a junior content person, Brandi AI honestly made me feel way more confident about the work I’m producing. A lot of AI and SEO tools feel like they’re built for strategists or senior leaders, but Brandi actually helps you understand why certain content matters and what to do next.

The most helpful feature for me is how Brandi surfaces buyer intent across different stages of the journey, instead of just keywords or vague topic ideas. I get clear intelligence on what buyers are trying to understand, compare, or decide when they turn to AI. That makes it much easier to map our blogs, landing pages, and product content to real intent, whether someone is learning, evaluating options, or getting close to a decision. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of content planning and makes the work feel much more structured and doable.

I also really like the Optimization Hub. It doesn’t tell you to rewrite everything from scratch. It points out specific gaps, like missing explanations, unclear positioning, or weak authority signals, and provides clear recommendations. What do you dislike about Brandi AI?

There is definitely a learning curve at first, especially if you’re totally new to concepts like GEO or AI visibility. Some of the terminology took me a bit to get used to. That said, once you spend some time on the platform and see how prompts, competitors, and recommendations connect, it starts to click. I also think junior users benefit most when a manager or strategist helps set initial priorities, like which pages or topics to focus on first. Brandi gives you a lot of insight, which is great—but you still need some direction on what matters most for your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brandi AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Brandi, it felt like we were creating content in a bit of a black box—publish a blog, optimize for SEO, and hope it performs. Brandi shows whether our brand is actually showing up in AI-generated answers, which is increasingly where buyers are getting information.

For me specifically, it’s helped with: turning vague content ideas into buyer-intent-driven topics; understanding how our content compares to competitors in AI answers; making small, targeted improvements that actually increase visibility; and explaining the value of my work to senior teammates with real data.

Instead of just saying “this blog is optimized,” I can say, “this page is now aligned to specific AI questions and has a higher chance of being cited.” That’s incredibly empowering as a junior team member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
