From the very beginning, Brancher stood out for its intuitive design and user-friendly interface, making it easy for both mentors and mentees to navigate. The platform’s customisation options allowed us to tailor the experience to meet the unique needs of our department, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and values. What truly sets Brancher apart, however, is the team behind the platform. Their support throughout the implementation process was outstanding. They were responsive, collaborative, and proactive in addressing challenges, ensuring a seamless rollout. Their expertise and commitment to our success were evident at every stage of the project. While Brancher overall delivered exceptional results and was highly effective, one area for improvement could be the level of customisation in certain features. Although the platform allowed us to tailor many aspects to meet our department's needs, there were a few limitations in adapting some elements to our unique organisational structure. One of Brancher’s standout features is its robust matching algorithm, which pairs mentors and mentees based on skills, goals, and preferences. This has been instrumental in fostering meaningful and productive mentoring relationships. The reporting and analytics tools have also been invaluable, providing us with real-time insights into engagement, progress, and outcomes, which helped us refine and optimise the program as it evolved. The results speak for themselves: we’ve achieved one of the most highly engaged mentoring programs across multiple government agencies. We liked the fact that it can be delivered online and is supported by a portal that is easily accessed and shared between the mentee and mentor. Brancher have been very responsive in dealing with any technical teething problems for our participants. Brancher has also been very happy to customise some of the delivery by understanding and respecting the unique geographic challenges and capacity issues faced by some of our member organisations. The diary setting process did not work so smoothly for everyone (which then impacted on reporting) but Brancher has been proactive in looking to improve this function. The mentoring program with Brancher came at an ideal time for myself - I was new to the public sector and did not have many contacts within the Department. Brancher's matching process was a breeze, and I felt like they did a great job in providing a few mentoring options for me to narrow down. I've been seeing my mentor fortnightly for 6 months now. Brancher's resources helped kickstart our mentoring conversations, and we go back to them now and again to keep us on track. The ongoing customer support and check ins with Brancher have been helpful as well, addressing any questions we have with the platform and also taking onboard our feedback. The matching - I was matched with a mentor who was the perfect match for me. We had similar values. The platform was simple and easy to use. Fast responses from customer support team.
