"Braindate Made Conference Networking Easy, Structured, and Meaningful"
5/5
What do you like best about Braindate?

I used Braindate at bbcon 2026 and it made networking at the conference genuinely easy. Scheduling one-on-one conversations was straightforward — I could browse topics, book time with people who shared my interests, and my whole schedule was in one place. The conversations I had were meaningful and focused, way better than just bumping into people in a hallway. It turned what is usually awkward conference networking into something structured and productive. I met several people I likely never would have connected with otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braindate?

Honestly, nothing major — it's a conference tool and it did what it promised. The only thing worth noting is that its value depends on who shows up: if you're in a niche area, there may be fewer relevant people to book time with. I also found that the popular time slots fill up quickly, so it really pays to browse and book early once your event's Braindate opens. These are minor points and didn't take away from my experience at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Empowering Brain Date Experience with Great Connections"
5/5
What do you like best about Braindate?

it was a very empowering experience to host a brain date, and amazing to connect with so many intelligent minds when I attended other brain dates. The lounge was also very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braindate?

It was in a very central and loud location, which was not very conducive to conversation. I also felt that I needed more time to connect with my peers at the brain date. I wish the lounge was a little bit bigger, and maybe had it's own refreshments station. Also, having our brain date around the meal time was a distraction. We were eating, people showed up late, and it felt messy, navigating eating a full plated catered meal on a couch/ coffee table setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Customer Learning"
5/5
What do you like best about Braindate?

I love how easy Braindate makes it to join different sessions and engage with customers. It's super simple to browse through topics and select the ones I want to join, without much hassle. The platform speeds up the process of learning from and talking to customers in a dedicated space where they can interact, ask questions, and learn from each other. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braindate?

I think it would be nice if you could customize how many people can be in your group. Because let's say maybe I want the cap to be at five versus something like eight. But otherwise, that's the only thing that comes to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Francis Beaumont-Deslauriers of Braindate

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We are glad the platform provided a space for you to connect with and learn directly from your customers. Making it easy for participants to navigate topics and dive into these conversations is exactly how we hope to foster collaborative learning.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding customizable group sizes. Giving hosts more control over the intimacy of their discussions is a thoughtful suggestion, and we have shared it with our product team.

Thank you for leveraging the platform to create such valuable exchanges!

"Effortless Networking with Impressive Connections"
5/5
What do you like best about Braindate?

I liked how easy it was to book or post sessions, and how many people ended up booking times with me, getting more responses than I thought. The group or 1:1 format is great, each being useful in its own way. The initial setup was super easy too, I loved it. Overall, I'm highly likely to recommend Braindate because it was awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braindate?

Some people flaked out, so getting people to show up is important. And also trying to find people who genuinely wanted to connect, not sell to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Francis Beaumont-Deslauriers of Braindate

Thank you for your review.

It is nice to hear that the intimate format provided a comfortable space to overcome the usual networking anxiety. We believe that when you focus on shared interests, genuine conversations naturally follow.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding no-shows and sales pitches. Our onsite Learning Concierges are always doing their best to foster an environment that encourages genuine, peer-to-peer connection rather than sales pitches.

We hope to see you again soon!

Everything. The intuitive UI/UX, seamless integration with event registration platforms, and overall ease of use make the platform stand out. "Easy Access to Relevant Sessions, but Calendar Sync Is Missing"
5/5
What do you like best about Braindate?

I like how easy it is to schedule and get into different Braindates, and the variety of sessions it offers. I found a lot of sessions that were relevant to my needs, and the number of people in each session was really good because we got to share a lot of different experiences. The Jamf Nation user conference setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braindate?

I would really like Braindate for JNAC to be automatically added to my calendar of sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Braindate Makes Event Networking Intentional, Seamless, and High-Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Braindate?

Braindate transforms networking from something passive into something intentional and meaningful. Instead of hoping attendees connect with the right people, Braindate creates a structured, welcoming environment where those conversations actually happen. The platform makes it incredibly easy for attendees to find others who share their challenges, interests, or expertise, and the quality of those conversations is consistently high. It’s one of the few event tools that truly elevates the attendee experience.

The most helpful aspect is how seamlessly Braindate blends into the overall event flow. The setup is simple, the interface is intuitive, and the onsite hosts make the experience feel polished and supported. From an organizer perspective, it removes the guesswork — the marketplace fills itself, the scheduling is automated, and the analytics give us real insight into what topics matter most to our community. It’s a turnkey way to deliver high‑value, peer‑to‑peer learning without adding operational strain.

Upsides of Using Braindate

• Stronger attendee engagement: People walk away with real conversations, real solutions, and real connections — not just business cards.

• High satisfaction scores: At JNUC, Braindate consistently ranks as one of the most loved parts of the event.

• Easy for organizers: The Braindate team is proactive, communicative, and incredibly supportive. They make the entire process smooth from launch to onsite execution.

• Flexible and scalable: Whether we’re hosting hundreds or thousands of attendees, Braindate adapts without losing quality.

• Community‑building at its best: It creates a sense of belonging and shared learning that traditional sessions simply can’t replicate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braindate?

Honestly, there isn’t anything significant that I would categorize as a “dislike.” Our experience with Braindate has been consistently positive, and the platform delivers exactly what we need it to. Any small questions or adjustments that come up during planning are quickly addressed by their team, so nothing ever rises to the level of a true drawback. It’s one of the rare event solutions where the value far outweighs any minor operational considerations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Francis Beaumont-Deslauriers of Braindate

Thank you for your review and for your continued partnership at JNUC.

You captured our core mission perfectly: shifting networking from a passive activity to an intentional learning experience. It is rewarding to see your attendees step up to actively drive these conversations and share their expertise. We are also glad the platform provides you with clear data on your audience's interests, helping you confidently shape your future programming.

Thank you for trusting us to help build such a connected community!

"Highly Responsive Support and Seamless Integration for Powerful Networking"
5/5
What do you like best about Braindate?

We felt extremely well supported from the very start. The Braindate team smoothly managed the integrations with our (older) conference platform and stayed highly responsive to our requests and questions throughout. Having them on site at the conference was invaluable, as they helped ensure our attendees could easily access this powerful networking matchmaking solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braindate?

We were fortunate to have key team members (on our side and Braindate's side) stay closely involved throughout the buildup to our conference. I can see how, with other partners, things could slip if people fall behind or don’t do their share of the work needed to pull the partnership off successfully. There are a lot of steps, and a lot of thought and time, that go into the program. So if you expect the program to kind of “manage itself,” I can see how that could easily lead to lower success rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Francis Beaumont-Deslauriers of Braindate

Thank you for your review and for trusting us to deliver on your promise to attendees.

You highlighted a key point: fostering connection requires effort, not just a software tool. We view our work as a partnership, and collaborating with your team is exactly what made this program succeed. We are glad our support and onsite teams could provide the assistance you needed from start to finish.

Thank you for working alongside us to create these opportunities for your community!

"Effortless Networking and Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Braindate?

I like that Braindate allows for a small group of people to join together and discuss familiar topics and interests. It feels seamless with the conference setting, almost like it's part of the event itself. Booking a session is also very easy, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braindate?

The sessions were too short and I wish there were different session lengths available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Francis Beaumont-Deslauriers of Braindate

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We are glad the small group format helped ease the awkwardness of networking and created a welcoming space to connect over familiar topics.

Since physical space at events is limited, we set specific session lengths to ensure all groups have the opportunity to connect. However, wanting a conversation to continue is a wonderful compliment, and we will definitely share your feedback with our team!

Thank you for being part of the community!

"Connection around shared ideas and topics of interest, Braindate elevates the sense of community."
5/5
What do you like best about Braindate?

Braindate stood out at as more than a networking tool—it was a thoughtfully designed experience that made meaningful connection feel natural, purposeful, and refreshingly human.

A defining strength of Braindate was the continued reengagement of hosts year over year, many returning to build upon conversations that have evolved alongside the industry. Their repeated participation brought depth and continuity to the experience, while new hosts introduced fresh perspectives and emerging ideas. Together, this mix created a dynamic dialogue—one where familiar topics were revisited with new insight and new topics reflected the shifting priorities and innovations shaping luxury hospitality today.

By centering connection around shared ideas and topics of interest, Braindate elevated the sense of community. Conversations unfolded with intention and curiosity, often planting the seeds for ongoing collaboration well beyond the event itself. In doing so, Braindate reinforced the value of bringing people together around meaningful topics—and demonstrated how genuine relationships naturally grow when dialogue is thoughtful and relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braindate?

Nothing to note as a dislike about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Francis Beaumont-Deslauriers of Braindate

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review.

It is inspiring to see how your returning hosts, alongside new voices, created a dialogue that reflects the evolution of your industry.

We believe that centering connection around a topic-driven market makes networking feel natural and purposeful. We are glad our platform helped you facilitate genuine relationships and build a true community of connection for your attendees.

Thank you for your continued partnership.
