Braindate is a great way for our attendees to network and meet like-minded people without the pressure and awkward small talk of traditional networking activities. It takes the pressure off, especially for the introverts, to meet new people and expand their networks while jumping more quickly and easily into meaningful conversations. The only downside we have experienced is that in our second year engaging Braindate, our sponsors have figured out how valuable it is and there was much more sponsor/attendee engagement than attendee/attendee engagement than we had in year one.
