The menus are laid out in a clear manner and the flow of setting things up is intuitive. So the implementation is rather quickly without much overwhelm. I have just started using it and about to set up a couple of courses. Some of the other features include rewards and badges for students and also automated certificates of completion. **What do you dislike about BrainCert?** There is really not much to dislike about BrainCert. Some times some backend pages fetch a bit slower than expected but my understanding is that they are working on improving page loads. **What problems is BrainCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** BrainCert has a complete suite of features that I need in an LMS. It comes with plethora of tools such as line & shape tools, WolframAlpha knowledge engine, LaTex equations, Code editor, cloud documents, google docs direct editing on the board, load/save board from cloud, polls, and many more. The recordings are processed in the cloud and available to customers in the dashboard or using API call. You can play the files directly in your branded media player such as JW Player or Video.js in your own website or download it. We do not store the recordings in client's server as our backend does all the heavy lifting such as processing all the streams part of a room, merge and encode with Quality-Defined Variable Bitrate (QVBR) and push it to an encrypted storage. All your recordings can be made available from your own website using REST API calls. Regarding just the platform BrainCert, my experience was great. All the information was in one hub and easily accessible. The integrated slides were great and the videos were always good quality with little buffering and included 1.25x, 1.5x, and 2x playback speed. Paying for courses is very easy, and can easily go through Paypal or card. Cancelling subscriptions is also very simple. Getting in contact with the author of the course is also very simple as you can directly message them. **What do you dislike about BrainCert?** I do have some caveats for the platform. Although my overall experience was great, there are a few things that could be improved on. The practice exams did not run very smoothly. I tried FireFox and Chrome but there was significant delay in loading time for the questions. I also think the platform logs you out after some time, which can be inconvenient if you've been on a set of slides for a while. Logging in multiple times a day can be a little annoying. It has collaborative features that make the tool very engaging and userfriendly. It fares much better than similar products in my experience. **What do you dislike about BrainCert?** I don't have any serious feature that I dislike about braincert although the product could be made to look better **Recommendations to others considering BrainCert:** Braincert is a very engaging and user friendly platform. You can definitely try this out and see the benefits for yourself **What problems is BrainCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** Braincert has been used as a platform for virtual training and it had been very helpful during the pandemic.
