"Secure VDR for separated project access"
5/5
What do you like best about Boundeal VDR?

What I like best about Boundeal VDR is the combination of security, project isolation, and flexible access control. I work with several confidential projects, and it is very important for me to keep teams, documents, and access levels separated. Permission Groups and Roles & Permissions make it easy to invite internal users, external companies, advisors, investors, and legal teams with the right level of access. I also like the AI assistant because it helps find relevant information faster when working with many documents. Features such as Confidentiality Agreement and Dynamic Watermarking add an extra layer of protection for sensitive files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boundeal VDR?

There is nothing critical that I dislike about Boundeal VDR. The platform is clear and works well for managing confidential projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful VDR for investor review"
5/5
What do you like best about Boundeal VDR?

Boundeal VDR is useful for preparing investor-facing documents in a secure and organized way. For fundraising, we need to share financial files, product information, business plans, and market materials without giving everyone the same level of access. Permission Groups help separate investors, advisors, founders, and legal participants. I also like the AI assistant because it helps move through large sets of documents faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boundeal VDR?

The platform works well for our workflow. What I would add is more startup-focused templates, for example investor data room structure, fundraising checklist, and suggested folders for financial, legal, product, and market documents. This would be helpful for teams preparing their first investor review process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good balance of security and simplicity for the price"
5/5
What do you like best about Boundeal VDR?

Boundeal hits a good balance between security and usability. Setup was fast, the AI assistant helps speed up document review and summarization, and the permission system is detailed enough to trust with sensitive deal documents — all without the enterprise-level pricing and complexity of the bigger VDR providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boundeal VDR?

It's a newer platform, so some features still feel like they're catching up to more established VDR providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure VDR for deal teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Boundeal VDR?

What I like most about Boundeal VDR is how it helps keep deal documentation controlled when several parties are involved. For M&A and due diligence projects, we often need to invite buyers, advisors, legal teams, and internal managers into the same process, but with different access levels. Permission Groups and Roles & Permissions make this setup clear and manageable. I also value Confidentiality Agreement and Dynamic Watermarking because they add extra protection for sensitive deal files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boundeal VDR?

There is no major issue with the platform itself. The interface is clear and easy to use. One thing that could improve the experience is a larger set of ready-made templates for M&A processes, such as buyer review, legal due diligence, financial review, and management documentation. This would help teams prepare new deal rooms faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
