## About BotKube
Botkube is an AI troubleshooting tool that helps Kubernetes users troubleshoot their clusters. It uses ChatGPT, Kubectl, and other K8s plugins to answer questions and give recommendations on troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters. The ChatOps management feature allows users to act on events directly in the collaboration platform (including mobile apps) by sending commands to the configured Kubernetes clusters. The collaboration feature allows monitoring and troubleshooting in an environment where you chat and collaborate throughout the day. You can work together with your team, see what actions have already been taken, and perform troubleshooting tasks from any location and device that supports the collaboration app.

**What do you like best about BotKube?**

The advantages of BotKube are its versatility and efficiency in managing and monitoring Kubernetes clusters. It offers seamless integration with various messaging platforms and provides real-time alerts and notifications. Its appeal is enhanced by  Its user-friendly interface, and extensive customization options

**What do you dislike about BotKube?**

One disadvantage of BotKube is its setup process, which can be difficult for users unfamiliar with Kubernetes or messaging platforms. And it's configuring advanced settings may require technical experts. While the platform offers extensive custom options, navigating through them can overwhelm beginners, impacting their learning area.

**What problems is BotKube solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of efficient Kubernetes cluster management and monitoring. Providing real-time alerts and notifications, BotKube helps identify and address issues promptly, improving the overall cluster's health and performance. This feature benefits users by ensuring high availability, reducing downtime, and enabling proactive troubleshooting, resulting in smoother operations and better resource utilization.

**What do you like best about BotKube?**

the most helpful feature about Botkube is it easily integrates with messaging apps and platforms like discord, teams and slack.
I loved its feature of intelligent automation.

**What do you dislike about BotKube?**

The thing I disliked about Botkube is I needed lots of amount of time to learn things about Botkube. I didn't find the documentation easy.

**What problems is BotKube solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me monitoring health and performance of the infrastucture in realtime was done with the help of Botkube. Botkube provided me security features such as unauthorized access attempts.
