## About Bota
Bota is the AI agent that automates 90% of a car rental company's WhatsApps and calls. Most chatbots answer questions, and most phone systems route calls. Bota books: on the phone, on WhatsApp or on the website chat, it checks live availability and rates in the company's reservation system, applies extras and deposits, and writes the confirmed booking where the team can see it.
