Bota Reviews & Product Details

Bota is the AI agent that automates 90% of a car rental company's WhatsApps and calls. Most chatbots answer questions, and most phone systems route calls. Bota books: on the phone, on WhatsApp or on the website chat, it checks live availability and rates in the company's reservation system, applies extras and deposits, and writes the confirmed booking where the team can see it. It is built only for car rental companies. It connects to your system, it doesn't replace it. Bota is not fleet or reservation management software: it sells with the one you already use, whichever it is. It connects with your own credentials and, if your system is in-house or uncommon, through a documented, open standard API. The prices Bota quotes are yours, read at that moment; there is no parallel catalogue going stale. The phone, solved. Bota picks up instantly, works out what the caller wants with no menus, quotes from live availability and confirms the booking by voice. It is not a virtual switchboard nor an answering service: it resolves the call. It can take every call or only the ones the team doesn't pick up, behind the existing number. One agent, three channels. The same agent answers on WhatsApp using the company's own number and on the website chat, with the same rates, the same rules and the same way of handing a conversation to a person. A call can continue on WhatsApp to send the quote or the payment link. Everything lands in one inbox and the customer stays yours. When a person is needed, Bota transfers the call or hands the chat to the team with the context already gathered. On WhatsApp and web chat it replies in the customer's own language, picked automatically from the first message; on the phone it covers six languages. Getting started: create the account, connect the reservation system with your own credentials, choose which offices it sells and switch on the channels. No configuration project and no prompts to write. Free up to 6 bookings a month, then 1.9% per fulfilled booking, with no fixed fee, no implementation cost and no lock-in.
