## About Borna AI
Borna AI is a healthcare operations and patient engagement platform built to make running a practice easier. It helps medical, dental, chiropractic, and other healthcare practices manage patient communications, follow-ups, engagement, and day-to-day workflows while giving owners and managers a clearer picture of what is happening across the practice. In many practices, patient communication is spread across phone calls, text messages, emails, scheduling systems, website inquiries, and other applications. Staff spend a significant amount of time moving between these systems, following up manually, and trying to keep track of conversations. Inevitably, some calls are missed, leads are not followed up on time, patients fall behind on recalls, and important information gets lost along the way. Borna is designed to bring these activities together. It can help a practice respond to new patient inquiries, follow up on missed calls and opportunities, manage ongoing patient communication, send reminders, support recall and reactivation efforts, and automate many of the repetitive tasks that normally fall on the front office. It also gives practice owners and managers better visibility into patient interactions and daily activity. Instead of trying to piece together information from several different systems, they can see communications, follow-ups, patient activity, and performance in a more connected way. The Borna platform includes several integrated products: Borna Connect for communications, Borna Care for patient-facing services and workflows, Borna Engage for CRM and patient lifecycle management, and Borna Insight for reporting, analytics, and operational insights. AI works across the platform to help staff handle routine work, find information, identify items that may need attention, and better understand what is happening in the practice.
