When we upgraded and requested new features they didn't hesitate to put this on their roadmap and keep us updated every step of the way. **What do you dislike about Boon?** I probably would say that I wish that the onboarding was a bit faster when it came to our integrated account (took 3 weeks), but that's really it. Once it was set up, it worked without issue. **What problems is Boon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to get our employees and candidates in our recruiting pipeline unbelievably more engaged (over 6x!) in the talent sourcing process. Referrals had already been our best channel for staffing but now its even better and without the headache of managing it. ### 36. There are so many ways to make a referral, including posting publicly (to social) and having employees make a referral before even signing up for an account. **What do you dislike about Boon?** Honestly, not many downsides other than there are some features which we don't need (at least for now) like the tracker since we use our ATS and could use some more guidance on how to maximize our non-monetary rewards and promote Diversity and Inclusion. **What problems is Boon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We supercharged our recruiting (reduced our time to hire in half and got better candidates, especially from top-performing employees), engaged our team and improved our culture. ### 37.
