Bookon Reviews & Product Details

Bookon is workforce management software for UK security companies, connecting security operations, officers, compliance teams and accounts. Managers can plan rotas by client and site, assign officers and review attendance alongside scheduled shifts. The web platform brings together GPS and photo book-on/book-off, check calls, patrol records and incident reporting. The Bookon officer apps for iPhone and Android let officers view assignments, respond to check calls, record patrol activity, upload work documents and request leave. Access uses an activation code supplied by the employer. Teams can maintain licence and vetting records, produce client PDF incident reports, and prepare payroll and invoices from approved shifts. One published subscription includes all features at £2.95 per qualifying worked officer per company per calendar month. Each officer counts once when they work at least one shift that month; office users, controllers and managers are excluded. The first partial calendar month is free, with no credit card required to start. See the Bookon pricing page and commercial agreement for full counting rules and terms.
