BOOK ON is a security workforce management platform for UK security companies. It brings rostering, GPS patrol tracking, attendance, incident reporting, SIA licence and BS7858 compliance, payroll-ready timesheets and invoicing into one system. Managers get a live view of every site, guard and contract. Guards use the iOS and Android app to clock in with geofenced verification, complete patrol checkpoints and submit incident reports with photo and GPS evidence. Compliance tools run daily SIA licence checks, store BS7858 vetting records and keep audit-ready P-Files for ACS inspections. BOOK ON Accounts turns approved timesheets into client invoices and tracks margins and subcontractor costs, with integrations for Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and UK payroll providers. Plans are available for small teams, established contractors and enterprise operations, with UK-based support and onboarding.
