BookingMachine Reviews & Product Details

BookingMachine is online booking, quoting and payments software for local service businesses, such as mobile detailers, cleaners, dog groomers, photographers, landscapers and personal trainers. It is quote-first. A customer picks a service and sees a real price before entering any details, then chooses a time and books. The business sets up its services, base prices and the things that change the price, for example vehicle size, number of rooms or session length, along with optional extras. The booking form runs wherever customers find the business: embedded on any website with one script tag, installed as a WordPress plugin, shared as a booking link or QR code, or on a free hosted site for businesses without a website. Paid plans take deposits or full card payments through Stripe and sync bookings with Google Calendar. A dashboard holds bookings, customers, quotes, invoices, recurring bookings, vouchers and team members. When a job is marked complete, a review request is sent to the customer automatically. There is a free plan for up to 25 bookings a month.
