BookingCentral Reviews & Product Details

BookingCentral is an all-in-one booking and operations platform for rental and tour businesses in the United States and Canada. Built for operators who manage real equipment and real schedules, it brings online booking, payments, fleet management, customer communication, and day-of operations into one system. We’ve been providing booking software to tour, activity, and rental operators since 2008. BookingCentral serves boat and pontoon rentals, jet ski and watersports rentals, RV rentals, golf cart rentals, ATV/UTV and powersports rentals, and tours and charters. Because we started with fleet-based rental businesses, our fleet and unit management goes deeper than tour-focused booking platforms. Key features Online booking and payments with dynamic pricing, quotes, vouchers, and damage deposits Fleet and unit management with a drag-and-drop calendar Online pre-check-in, digital documents, and e-signatures, so renters are ready before they arrive Two-way SMS, broadcast messaging, and review-request texts A mobile app for field operations, plus dispatch and delivery tools Membership and boat club management Reseller tracking, tags, and QR codes Integrations including Smartwaiver and Buoy renter’s insurance Why operators choose BookingCentral Our customers use the platform to run daily operations, not just to take reservations. Broadcast messaging has helped operators reach every customer on the water during severe weather. Digital pre-check-in cuts down on paperwork at the dock or counter. Most features are included rather than sold as add-ons, and our U.S.-based team is here to help you get set up and get the most out of the platform. BookingCentral also works with AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, so you can bring the tools you already use into how you run your business. Whether you run a single-location boat rental or a growing multi-unit operation, BookingCentral gives you one place to manage bookings, fleet, customers, and staff.
