We have saved 100's of staff hours utilizing GiveGab's amazing support. No longer are we becoming software support for 4 months of the year prior to our giving day... they do what they're experts at leaving you to do the things in which you are the expert. We use GiveGab exclusively for our annual giving day where we raise in excess of 12 million in 24 hours. Their ability to problem solve with us and come up with the best solutions as well as access to their development team who is constantly streamlining and making improvements makes all the difference. Their platform is incredibly flexible and easy to use. Their pages are customize for both desktop and mobile platforms. They provide a team member who assists you from start to finish, investing time to analyze what worked well, what did not, and what features would you like to see in the future. Additionally, they provide weekly support throughout the planning process and 24 hour support during the Giving Day! We have been using GiveGab for years, and overall, it has been a great platform for our giving day. The customer service team has been very helpful to our team and all of the participants. The website is relatively easy to use- it has a few quicks but the GiveGab team works to improve it every year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra GiveGab? Overall, the website is great, and we plan to continue using it. That being said, there are a few things that aren't ideal. It is a bit difficult to add more than one nonprofit donation to your cart if you want to search by cause and don't know all of the names. Additionally, the system receipts donors separately for each donation instead of consolidating them, which is a bit crazy when donors are giving to 10-30 organizations. Lastly, the search function needs some improvement. It searches based on profile and tagline over the name so donors can search a nonprofit by name and it doesn't come up at the top. Also, if you're searching and click a profile to read, it takes you back to the main page instead of where you left off, which frustrates our donors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
