Bonjoro has helped me personalize my emails and generate more interaction with my potential customers, which ultimately leads to more leads and conversions. It is very easy to use, and whenever I had questions, their support resolved the issue super quickly. The experience and results have been positive, and I love the platform's interface because it is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

It doesn't offer much flexibility in design, so if you want to make style modifications, there aren't many options and you have to work with what's available.

Very easy to use and possible to integrate with various tools and services. You can also add a Zapier connection for more automated workflows.

Not the most straightforward workaround if you would like to blacklist a specific email account from ever receiving a Bonjoro

You need to stand out and be remarkable in an industry with quite the competition.
A personal touch with the face of someone from the company behind the screen, greeting you and thanking you for the order is not something you typically will be experiencing most of the times you are ordering online.

Bonjoro has helped us establish personal a relation with our customers - we can quickly get questions or doubts resolved by approaching a dialog, and people find it pleasant to receive a personal thanks for the order 😀

**What do you like best about Bonjoro?**

For existing clients: The screen recording feature is my favorite feature for my business, as I frequently need to communicate visually with clients. Saves me loads of time and improves my workflow. For new leads and existing clients: The direct email sends are amazing as I can quickly build rapport with leads and use the resend workflow to remind them if they haven't watched the personal video I recorded for them.

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

Nothing I dislike. However, if I could directly record the video message within Gmail and hit send directly from Gmail without opening another tab it would mean I could use Bonjoro on mobile more frequently.

Customers love the unique way to connect with them. A custom video is so personal, and it really amazes customer to get this.

I have a few requests in the bonjoro app that I would like to see to make connecting with my customers better. I want to be able to see the previous videos I have sent a customer. Currently there is not an easy way to do this.

Bonjoro let's me personally connect with all of my customers in a unique way. I can create a personal experience and generate customer loyalty in ways I couldn't have before.

It's such a great way to interact with customers and prospects.  AND... it notifies you when people have watched your personalised video so you can follow up with them.

There is a little bit of effort to create a video, however this is exactly why Bonjoro is so great.  Most people won't bother to do this, so if you do send a customer a personalised video there's a very good chance most people aren't bothering to do this, so you'll stand out! :)

It's a key part of building a power customer journey.  It's the perfect way to respond to an enquiry, thank a colleague or add a personal touch to any part of the sales or onboarding process.

There are two reasons for me why I love using Buonjoro. One is the super easy way to contact customers by video after purchase. And the second is about getting testimonials in text or video so easily.

Bonjoro has made it wildly simply to share precious communications with my most engaged audience, customers and fans. It takes a few seconds to create and send a video that positively impacts someone's day. The open rates and replies are a sign of how well it works.

If I had to say anything, I'd say that I've had occasional issues with a file not uploading if I don't keep the app open. But those issues were a long time ago and I haven't had anything like that happen recently

They don't integrate well with Hubspot. They are not a full replacement for Loom so we are still using both.

What I like best about Bonjoro is that it makes it really easy to send personal messages to new customers. I always get great reactions from people. They love the personal touch!

I dislike some of the pricing structures. I think they could include more. We've been with them for years, and sometimes features disappear because we're on an older plan. I reach out to them, and they usually add them back in, though.

Try it out - I think you'll like it. It can be a very helpful tool for converting leads into sales, getting appointments, and onboarding new customers.

Bonjoro used to be an easy way to sent short videos to new customers. Used to be.... Not anymore

After a major software update the app is not working anymore. Some videos find their way to the new client, most of them get a failure message

Bonjoro is only giving me problems. The helpdesk doesn't get further than please install the app again. And again. And again...

**What do you like best about Bonjoro?**

The workflow to record a new video is great. I never have the audio or video fail, and it's very nice to be able to upload an existing video, and see a preview of everything before it's sent to the lead.

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

There are a few bugs within the editing experience. They are easy to overcome, but lead to a slightly lackluster experience. It is also pricey for the features included - I'm on the Pro plan, and they still brand messages sent out with their logo. I think the "Rollup" feature should also be included in the Pro plan, it's not worth paying twice as much for that single feature. Overall though for what it delivers, the Pro plan meets most of my needs.

I'd like to connect with each of my students to personally thank them for purchasing a course or subscription from me. I feel the 1:1 connection drastically improves the connection I create with these students, and allows me to make a personal connection with each and every one of them.

Inconsistent feedback, sometimes the results vary from PC to Smartphone.

The more you use it the easier it becomes and it's easy to use from the start. I have been please with the engagement I get when I use this tool.

I use it to introduce myself to new leads and to encourage them to take the next step after registering for an event (trying to increase the likelihood that they will actually attend). I also use it as a way to stay in touch with my existing clients or leads by sending videos that are specific to them.

When I first heard about Bonjoro, I loved the idea and I signed up straight away! To have a strong brand, everyone knows engagement is KEY. Bonjoro takes your engagement to the next level. The personal messages I am able to send to every one of my members are so easy to use and they have resulted in members who want to stay in my membership forever. And the Bonjoro team are awesome! They are the best advert for this fantastic company!! I always get personalised messages from them to meet the needs for my business. It's a must-need for any business that thrives on creating great personal relationships with their clients.

It's so quick and easy to use. I can literally send a video message within minutes.  Using Bonjoro to connect with people has really made me stand out from the crowd. People tell me how much they love receiving my messages. They tell me how much of a lovely surprise it is and how much it brightens up their day.

There's nothing I dislike about Bonjoro.

One of the biggest benefits of using Bonjoro is how much it makes me stand out from the crowd. Sure, sending and receiving a personalised email is great. But receiving a personalised video where you can hear and see the person is much more powerful. It helps to get that know-like-trust factor a lot more quickly. I get a much higher open and conversion rate when I send a personalised video message as opposed to a personalised email. Another benefit is that it's often quicker for me to send someone a Bonjoro video message than writing out an email. So it's time-saving too.

**What do you like best about Bonjoro?**

It's so efficient! Once the automation is setup Bonjoro basically does all the heavy lifting for you, so all you need to do to message people personally is record video, hit send. It's seriously so easy I was able to send over 200+ personal video messages to past customers in a day, which resulted in a heap of return business. That was just one day! I have been using Bonjoro for years and the software just keeps getting better. They are the original and the best at this, by far.

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

In the past the Android app has lost a couple of videos but this was aaaaaages ago. I believe the app has been updated and this issue is resolved. I have noticed that video quality is very high on the Android app so can use a lot of data. I have mainly been using the desktop app recently and can't verify this is still the case, but I do wish you could choose video quality settings on phone easily to avoid using so much data. Literally minor things in the grand scheme of a great app!

1. I can quickly and easily get in contact with prospects, customers and members of my community.
2. The WOW factor is huge, everyone comments on how cool it is the video is actually personalised.
3. It is actually way more efficient to contact lots of people this way than email, so I'm saving a tonne of time too.

Simple platform with analytics and awesome features. With a handful of clicks, I can add an email address and record a personalized message for each person. Or I can send a mass message out to a list of people. But I prefer the one-offs, because it gives each message that personal touch.

The analytics could be a bit more in depth. The dashboard is clean, simple and to the point, but it lacks a bit of clarity.

If you have customers, you should be using Bonjoro. It's a great way for you to interact and give each and every single client a personal touch.

With Bonjoro, instead of sending a boring email, I am putting fun and personality into reaching out to clients. I also use it for prospecting, which can be quite intriguing to open instead of an email. 

I have sent more than 300 Bonjoros with an open rate of 47%. Can you say that about email?

I like that you can set up an individual video and message without fuss, right from app or web camera. I can imagine it would be good for 2-3 warm up videos after enquiry. I liked that they send out tutorials on how to use it too.

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

I could not really imagine what the person sees on their end in total, I can see the video and message but then I wondered if it will seem like it comes from some random. There was the option to change the email via domain name changes, I appreciate this, but it's very hard to change it from the default Bonjoro address, for me.

Check the integrations options, and remember you don't have to send one to one messages, they can also be group.

**What problems is Bonjoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved the problem of being too formal in replying to enquiries from afar, and really much quicker than trying to link to a usual video. I will continue with it.

I love the unique nature of the app. I've been so surprised how much our donors like the thank you's that come from Bonjoro. It's also incredibly easy to use, and the welcome message from the founder (I think) was a great touch!

Nothing so far. I wish our nonprofit had the money to get a better package. We'd use it even more.

Try it. I think you'll love it. We're excited about setting up our first campaign soon. So far we are only using it for donor thank yous but think there's a lot of other potential.

I love using Bonjoro to send personalised welcome videos to new students or customers - it makes them feel welcomed and seen and also makes space for their feedback. People love it and I think it also means they stick around longer. The automations are great and really easy to use.

**What do you like best about Bonjoro?**

I use Bonjoro to welcome new students of my online course. They LOVE having a personal video message from me and it's starts a meaningful conversation on how they can get the best out of my course. The automatic triggers are super useful and I've perfected my welcome video to a one minute wonder! I never had many refund requests before anyway, but there have been zero refund requests since using Bonjoro because of the personalised onboarding of the course. I've also set up a trigger for potential students who stay to the end of my evergreen webinar (but who don't enrol). I send them a quick Bonjoro to answer any questions they might have.

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

The price jump to the next plan is very significant. I'd like to use the bulk sending feature, but I'm not willing to jump this much in price. I've found other solutions for that. Shame though!

**What do you like best about Bonjoro?**

I like the simple steps it takes to send out a Bonjoro. It is done in 3 or 4 clicks. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because I like it so much I don't want my competitors or potential competitors to know what we use! But I do still freely recommend it outside my industry.

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

That I am unable to directly send the Bonjoro via SMS. Our customers would love this. Currently, I send a Bonjoro via email then if they haven't seen it, I find the video link on browser and send the link via SMS. It appears great via SMS but an automated system would be amazing and simple to create (I feel). It can also be a great revenue raiser for charging Bonjoro customers per text.

Spend some time to set your workflows up correctly. Create solid templates, link it with your CRM and have it pull in the data that you can use to personalize your videos.

The app is SO easy to use!
I admit that I was a bit skeptical at first... Why would I add work to a funnel that is passive and evergreen.
But I gave this a try. Signed up for my free trial and bam. Conversion rate increased overnight just because of the personal touch. I'm just getting started, but this is magic!

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

I wish there was a way to assign a custom email to a workflow. Not a huge deal, but they might add it at some point.
Overall I'm super pleased!

Just give the trial a go. My conversions increased almost overnight before having to make a payment to continue using it (and I am a paid user now)

I love how you can connect to HubSpot or other systems and get notified when you have a new lead to record a video for. Being able to tap on an iOS notification and immediately start recording is magical.

It would be nice if they had the ability to get iOS notifications when someone responds to your video instead of just an email. Not a deal-breaker, just a nice-to-have.

It is sometimes a little slow to load individual questions when entering people one by one, but that is super minor.

Without a doubt, Bonjoro has changed everything about the way we think about our customers. **What do you like best about Bonjoro?**

The surprise + delight factor in helping out your customers is always critical. It primes them to come back and shop more, and every year it gets increasingly more difficult to create genuine experiences for them without overwhelming their inbox. I've gotten back SO many messages from new customers and emails sign ups who are absolutely delighted to see a real person recognizing their behavior and giving them a person to talk to if they need to or feel like it. I know it's possible to rig a system like this up on your own, but the automation and convenience of Bonjoro makes it work 10x the monthly price I pay. Plus, you can upgrade and brand your Bonjoros like I have, which enhances the customer experience even more.

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

Any issues I've had have been resolved with feature request upgrades or chatting with support. They've been great, and as a customer support interface, truly care about their customers! A++ for not just effort, but also making the changes we request.

I'm able to create one extra, very-high-touch point with my customers and newsletter subscribers. It's so fun to see their responses and I'll never get over what a surprise it is for most of them to open and receive.

I love Bonjoro because it integrates seemlessly into our existing CRM - meaning we're able to send personalized, highly relevant 1-1 video messages. Our sales people get a notification and it takes just thirty seconds to knock out a quick video - they know what they need to do, when they need to do it, all of the relevant info is right in front of them, and it's easy for our management team to have oversite and view the impact.
(Using Bonjoro increased our Demo attendance & Onboarding Appointment attendance by 20%!)

The team has really overhauled the platform in the past several months by adding in some features from our wishlist - alongside a ton more I didn't know we wanted! I can honestly say that there isn't anything that I dislike about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Bonjoro:**

Look at your business as a whole and identify where a more personal touch could make a difference.
For us it came after appointments had been scheduled, but before they were had. Then, work the trigger for Bonjoros into some kind of automation. This will help you build a repeatable system that will give you great results as you scale. If you take the other route and rely on manually creating and sending Bonjoro's you'll likeley see diminishing returns as you scale.

The setup to build it into automated triggers does take a little bit of time, but it will be paying your business dividends long into the future.

Bonjoro is helping us to form better relationships with our leads and customers. At one point in time nearly half of our demo appointments wern't showing up - since switching to Bonjoro we see 20% more of our demonstrations and on boarding appointments show up.

Bonjoro is the modern equivalent of the handwritten note. It connotes a meaningful investment in a personal relationship. As a consequence, it cuts through the cacophony of "content marketing."

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

There's very little I dislike about Bonjoro. It does one thing very well - easily creates personal videos. The inherent disadvantages of such a specialized tool are largely mitigated for my purposes through its integration with Zapier.

**Recommendations to others considering Bonjoro:**

The inherent value of Bonjoro is based on how it signals your investment in a relationship. While it's true that Bonjoro streamlines the process immensely, the cumulative time it takes to record personalized videos can be substantial. Commitment to the process is required in order to see benefit.

**What problems is Bonjoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business is a highly specialized strategy consultancy. By definition, our prospective clients are scattered geographically. They are also difficult to identify (unlike, say, a Fortune 500 clientele). That hinders our ability to cultivate the trust and understanding required for a prospect to engage with us. We use Bonjoro to make a personal introduction to prospects wherever in the world they are based. I find that it helps to accelerate the development of relationships.

**What do you like best about Bonjoro?**

I use Bonjoro to quickly send a video message to my customers.  My primary use cases are:
- Customer Success:  quickly explain how to do something in the product to a customer rather than send a long email or a support article.  A personal video is a superior experience for the customer.
- Lead Nurturing - send personal videos to new leads.  An excellent way to stand out in someone's inbox.  If you are lead nurturing someone, they are definitely being lead nurtured by other companies too (probably even a competitor or two).  A personal video differentiates you in the inbox as well as generating responses from leads who have ignored other forms of lead nurturing (email, in app message, etc.).

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

There is nothing I dislike.  I need to set up more of their awesome integrations so my process is more automated.  This is on me though.

It's so simple to open the app when I'm walking down the street and record any videos I have in my queue..

It's really changing the way our onboarding process works for new clients and we get amazing feedback from people saying "Wow, a personal video from you is such a great touch".

We even had one of our users like it to much that they did a personal video straight back to us to say how much they loved receiving a personal video from us!

We love that it integrates into Zapier as we now fire off Bonjoro's for different events (welcome videos, haven't seen you in a while videos and sorry to see you cancel videos). It really helps bring a personal touch!

**What do you dislike about Bonjoro?**

It had some limited features as it was a fairly new product - however whenever we feed them back some ideas, thoughts and concepts about how they can make it better, the team always listen and have rolled out some of our feature requests for us already.

Give it a whirl - you won't be disappointed.
