Excellent Customer Support when required. I use the portal on a regular basisi for uploading documents for Audit and Board Meetings and other ad-hoc meetings for the Board. **What do you dislike about Boardlogic?** Currently, nowhere to store Resource documents. items which are not part of a Board pack, but which Board members will want to refer to throughout the year - for example Board dates schedule, reviewing financial documents such as Budget documents. **What problems is Boardlogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** None at the moment. ### 2. The reduction in admin and the streamlining of the processes means board directors can now fully focus their attention on decision-making and governance. **What do you dislike about Boardlogic?** The digital signature is a fantastic feature. For some, it was tricky to set up. **What problems is Boardlogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since our board grew significantly in size, we needed a platform that would reduce administration, manage version control, and streamline meeting management. We required a system that would encourage a paperless board. The time spent on creating the paper pack was extensive. We would print full packs for all board directors and staff present in the board meetings. This meant allocating hours to printing and organizing, as well as the high use of paper and ink. And if the board pack had an essential update, version control became an issue. Boardlogic has reduced our preparation time by half and lightened our workload significantly. Boardlogic's digital signature feature enables the board to approve and sign off on documents securely regardless of where they're at. This was especially useful with remote board meetings during COVID - but is a feature that will help us to remain flexible and agile beyond the pandemic. ### 8. We often have to re-number or re-name board pack files and this would save some time. **What problems is Boardlogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time and cost-savings for board management and administrative matters, going paper-less and green, more efficient way to get documents signed. If a Board member has to initial or sign more than one place, it blocks them. This causes challenges with our paperwork. **What problems is Boardlogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regulatory requirement to have Board documents in place is easily solved by this software ### 18.
