Boardinn Reviews & Product Details

BoardInn is a comprehensive, white-label software solution designed specifically for pet hotels, catteries, and boarding kennels. It manages the entire boarding process—from online booking and check-in to service management and invoicing—through a platform that operates under your hotel's name and domain, ensuring a seamless and branded experience for your clients. **Online Booking and Capacity Management** Pet owners can book services online in four straightforward steps: selecting their pet, choosing services, specifying dates, and confirming the booking. BoardInn meticulously tracks each booking against your facility's actual capacity, preventing double bookings and ensuring efficient resource management. Multiple services, such as grooming sessions within a boarding stay, can be combined into a single booking, enhancing convenience for both staff and clients. **Customizable Service Catalog** The platform supports a diverse range of services, including boarding, grooming, training, veterinary visits, pet taxi, relocation, and sitting. Each service can be tailored with its own pricing, units, and capacity. You have the flexibility to set prices, operating hours, and availability, as well as to offer quoted services, discounts, or rental items like beds and bowls that clients can select during booking. **Front Desk Management** BoardInn provides a dynamic dashboard that displays daily operations at a glance: upcoming arrivals, current occupants, pending care tasks, and departures. This centralized view enables staff to efficiently manage check-ins, record services as they are delivered, and ensure that all pet belongings are accurately tracked to prevent mix-ups. **Adaptable Booking Modifications** The system allows for easy adjustments to existing bookings, such as adding or removing services, changing dates, or modifying rental items. It automatically rechecks capacity and updates invoices accordingly, maintaining accuracy and transparency. Pet owners can request cancellations or edits to their bookings, which await your confirmation, ensuring you retain control over scheduling changes. **Automated Invoicing and Documentation** Services rendered and rental items are compiled into editable invoices before issuance. These invoices are generated as PDFs featuring your hotel's branding, emailed to clients upon check-out, and remain accessible through the customer's account. If a booking is altered after payment, the invoice reflects payments made and any outstanding balances, ensuring clear financial records. **Health Records and Reminders** Vaccination and deworming dates are stored within each pet's profile. When a due date approaches, the system sends consent-based email reminders to pet owners under your hotel's name, promoting timely health maintenance and compliance with health regulations. **Multilingual Support and Localization** The customer-facing side of BoardInn is available in English, Georgian, and Russian, catering to a diverse clientele. Additionally, currency, timezone, and date formats are customizable per hotel, ensuring the platform aligns with your specific regional requirements. **Branding and Design Options** BoardInn offers five distinct design templates—Warm Forest, Clean Clinic, Playful Paws, Luxe Nocturne, and Coastal Calm—each customizable with your hotel's colors and branding elements. This ensures that your booking site reflects your unique brand identity, with BoardInn's name remaining discreetly in the background. **Data Security and Compliance** Each hotel operates on its own isolated installation with a dedicated database, enhancing data security and privacy. Nightly encrypted backups are stored with a different provider in another country and retained for 30 days. The system is designed with GDPR compliance in mind, featuring built-in options for per-customer data export and the right to erasure, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations. **Pricing** BoardInn offers a straightforward pricing model: - **Standard Plan**: $99 per month per hotel, or $85 per month when billed annually ($1,020 per year). This plan includes a 21-day free trial with no credit card required, unlimited staff accounts, and no per-pet or per-booking fees. You can cancel at any time. - **Founding Rate**: For the first five hotels that subscribe, a discounted rate of $79 per month is available, locked in for 24 months.
