I appreciate that there are a lot of features and functionality with BnTouch. They have tons of options and settings, lots of data, email campaigns and automated options. We can maintain contact info and notes on clients, realtors, other referral partners, and separate loan records for the same client(s). We like being able to log events and keep everyone in the loop. I've had excellent experiences with customer support! They've been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever there's a concern. They helped us with onboarding and implementation and did a lot of the heavy lifting for us. **What do you dislike about BNTouch Mortgage CRM?** I can get a little bogged down in all of the features and functionality. It can be cumbersome and cluttered and sometimes we feel like we are paying for lots of features that we aren't taking full advantage of. Not that they don't have great capability in BNTouch, but I'm a super geek, and need to "own" my data. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the support and flexibility. Not only did they add custom fields for me, but they added a drop down menu with my items. Their support staff is so responsive and knowledgable! I try to do everything over email with them, but whenever I've asked for a phone call, I've gotten one! I do campaigns regularly thanks to BNTouch being able to do them. I've known CRM's that can only send out 100 emails at a time, and I have 4100 people in my DB, so that's just not feasible. I'm in my DB every day. It's my forte. It took me a while to import my records, but that's because I'm so geeky and have them sorted so many different way! Mostly, they taught me how to do campaigns so I don't have to re-qrite triggers for them, and it keeps my email template, so I don't have to do anything except add a new subject and video for each email in the group I'm campaiging to. There are fancier sexier CRM's out there but the simplicity yet essential options work. I looked at over 20 CRM's and a handful closely. I used a version of salesforce for a few years. Yep salesforce was infinitaly customizable and powerful but near impossible to use and you had to hear a salesforce engineer to do anything. And then every update there were glitches. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Outstanding and always available. **What do you dislike about BNTouch Mortgage CRM?** Texting feature works but is limited and clunky. I wish I could tweak the layout but... that's a plus also. It works and it's simple. At the same time, the wonderful thing about the tasks is that your teammates can see them, and if they were able to get any document or to speak with the borrower before you do it, they can complete your task as well, so it is a teamwork. In addition, every note that can be added to BNtouch makes your work easy, if a teammate leaves a phone note, you will be able to fit in their shoes and explain to the borrower the next step in case your partner isn't available to take the borrower's call. **What do you dislike about BNTouch Mortgage CRM?** I am not sure if this is BNtouch's fault, but I do not like the fact that I need to clear cache and cookies every here and then because BNtouch is not loading due to that, is not a quite big deal since it only takes less than five minutes to clear it, but it is a little annoying that we have to get used to doing that to BNtouch to load. **What problems is BNTouch Mortgage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** BNtouch is solving my problem with forgetting everything that I need to do, as I mentioned before, with the tasks is almost impossible that you to forget that you need to do something on a file, and this is related with the notes on the file, because with them, you can easily remember how the process is going on the file, and what was the last thing that you did with that borrower. ### 48. It does not clarify what each thing means or affects your searches or clicks or set ups.
