Seamless Route Management with Effective Prioritization

I like that bMobile Route Software makes route management easy with its user-friendly interface, even though it took some time for the drivers to get used to it. The prioritization of stops by quantity and volume is valuable, as it helps target high-value stops first. Improvements in delivery windows and dwell time are also beneficial, allowing us to access store receiving hours and typical time on-site. The Smart Skip Logic is really useful, enabling easy management of stock by moving it to the next service day when needed. I also appreciate the real-time tracking, which lets our clients see the trucks live, and the delay forecasting feature, which helps predict arrival times more accurately.

I use bMobile Route Software for real-time mapping, route optimization, and granular inventory and stock tracking. It creates a single source of truth with optimized sequences and live updates for drivers, which leads to fewer emergency support calls and much faster cycles for my clients. The time mapping and route optimization cut down windshield time drastically and track every stop with precise ETAs, so drivers are always up to date. I would say the web interface is clean and straightforward, and even though onboarding can take some time, their support team is usually very helpful.

I love the route planning feature in bMobile Route Software. It has improved our planning significantly by considering windows, dwell time, and stop logic, making the whole process better and freeing up our time. The delivery planner helps us prioritize high-volume stores, saving hours on busy days. The initial setup was also very easy.
