The company also listens to your suggestions and take it into consideration for new updates. It's a very straight forward software. **What do you dislike about Bluestone PIM?** You can never get enough speed to be satisfied with software these days, so if I have to give a dislike that might be it. And the lack of possibility to make sub attribute sets. But I know that they are looking into this. **What problems is Bluestone PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Bluestone PIM with an integration against NOBB (database with product info for tools, and all kinds of building materials). With this integration we can easily get access to a lot of information on all the products we are selling without the need of a complete PIM team. The back side of this is that the information is more or less the same on a lot of websites and other webshops, but it's ofc a lot better than empty fields. We are also looking for a way to create catalogs really quick and easy for our shops. This can be done in various solutions with Bluestone PIM so that will be saving us for a lot of time when we get there. ### 3. They often see future needs and are happy to make suggestions so that you can be able to meet future customer requirements and needs. They respond quickly and constantly acquire new knowledge to follow up on new developments and technology. I can safely recommend Bluestone based on my experience over the years. **What do you dislike about Bluestone PIM?** I do not have any points I dislike with Bluestone. **What problems is Bluestone PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bluestone develops and hosts our Telco-ACP klients for my partners within the telecom industry. They make all integration and automation. They are developing design templates and functionality that are needed for freight vendors, payment vendors, serviceproviders and operators. ### 4. The team is responsive and listen to feedback for specific requirements. **What do you dislike about Bluestone PIM?** Perhaps the fact that as a user, it does take some time to get up to speed on all the features of the platform, but the help resources along with tailored workshops has really helped us educate superusers over time. **What problems is Bluestone PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enriching product data and feeding it, along with the media to our online shops, warranty application and other external platforms. ### 5.
