We had just lost our internal recruiters, the Great Resignation was in full swing, and our company was growing like crazy. Combined, this created a considerable number of requisitions that we had to figure out how to manage and fill, but no internal recruiting team to help. Fortunately, we quickly got two amazing agencies on board to help us through that time - Blueprint being one of them. I can't begin to describe what a HUGE help they were and how truly amazing they are. The leaders at Blueprint are so fantastic to work with. They are efficient, hardworking, friendly, accommodating, and excellent at what they do. Given their past sales experience, they know how to close candidates. They see the importance of filling jobs quickly but with the right people, and they have been able to strike that balance wonderfully for us. We love working with Blueprint and highly recommend them to anyone! **What do you dislike about Blueprint Expansion?** I have zero complaints about Blueprint, other than I wish we could continue to utilize them as much as we did last year.
