Beyond getting to a good outcome with two great hires, the process of working with Blueprint was top notch. They stuck by their commitment to being easy to work with. Communication was prompt and professional. They took so much work of identifying, reviewing, and screening candidates off my plate. More than anything (and this is a big KPI for me when working with recruiters) they had an almost perfect hit rate in only sending reasonable, high likelihood candidates to the first interview. It was nice to have a collaborative, experienced partner in this process to deal with exceptions, provide advice, and help manage a high value recruiting pipeline in a tight labor market. The team had a refreshingly candid approach. They respected my experience and goals. I felt like a person, not a commodity. Additionally, they were always super responsive and able to keep me in the loop with where things were with the roles I interviewed with and what was and wasn't working on both sides.
