I've had some trouble with the AI features and templates in Blotato AI. The videos by the creator look great, but when I try to use them, I run into issues with actually creating AI designs. I'm not a designer, so maybe my plain language throws it off or I'm missing something in the functionality, but I hit snags, especially with the AI image generator for templates. The first time I tried using it, I followed a video step by step and ended up using all my AI credits for the month on one prompt, which was frustrating. I thought I followed the instructions well, but couldn't get the same result. I did cancel for a bit but came back during a special, and I still find using those features doesn't come as naturally as it seems to on the instructional videos. I wouldn't say there's anything specifically not working for me with Blotato AI, but I probably need an even simpler tool. The simplicity comes from using Claude AI to navigate Blotato. If I had to set aside the time to experiment and apply best practices across many social media platforms myself, I might have given up. If Blotato AI didn't have AI integration, I wouldn't have tried it, but I knew I could use natural language with Claude to execute everything smoothly. I like the ability to connect multiple accounts and build automated posts. I love the ability to connect multiple accounts across all social media platforms. I like being able to automate the creation of content from someone else’s viral video. Using Blotato AI with all my Gmail tools, HeyGen, n8n, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube is really beneficial. Blotato AI allows for more flexibility, and it was quick to set up the first workflow, which only took minutes even though it took about an hour to move everything over from Manychat. I think that you need more options when it comes to the video reel section. I feel like they're pretty generic, and they they're very limiting. And I think there needs to be more options available. I haven't found anything that I don't necessarily like. I mainly use it to schedule posts. I did use the AI image generator and video generator when it first launched, but I didn't particularly love the results, so I stopped using that feature.
