# Blotato AI free trial confusion: how do you avoid unexpected charges?

I liked being able to see post stats from multiple social media accounts in one place, but I joined the free trial to understand how Blotato AI works and then got charged without realizing it was a timed trial. I expected to be informed before being billed, and only found out through my credit card statement. After canceling, I still don’t understand how the product works. How did your trial and billing experience go, and what helped you understand the app quickly?
