One thing that I think could be improved is the logic for first comments and follow-up responses; there's a bit of a limitation there. It's not a huge deal, but it could be better. I like the cross-posting, scheduling, and image generation features of Blotato AI. Its ability to connect multiple social media accounts from the same channel is really useful, and being able to see a calendar helps me plan better for each channel. I prefer to have PDFs being able to be uploaded to my posts. I also want to optimize each post for different social media channels before scheduling. I run a faceless theme page, so I don't create my own talking-head videos. I generally load text reels and need music for the reels and the carousels. Instagram does not allow outside music and has restricted the videos I made and scheduled through Canva. This means I can't use my favorite feature to schedule reels. So, the main reason I purchased Blotato (saving time on creation and scheduling) is only partially available for carousels. I am trying to figure this out by running multiple tests, but I haven't had any luck. The keyword DM automations are the best feature, full stop. Someone comments GUIDE on my Instagram post and the freebie link lands in their DMs automatically. I run 6 live keywords across Instagram and Facebook, each feeding a different freebie or affiliate link, and lead capture just happens while I'm at work. I haven't gone through all of the training. I think she has a lot of templates and stuff, but the training maybe could just be a little more specific or kinda step by step so I would know how to use the templates. Maybe just have a link like a directory. Maybe she does, and I just don't know where it's at. So that the user knows where they can go to get the training or even built-in training.
