I think trying to figure out what it can all do. I feel I am not using it to my full potential but not sure the best way to learn exactly it's full capabilities. Also, more customization for my specific brand. Using the templates within Blotato, it would be really amazing if we could really customize those to fit our brand. It’s been very difficult to work through. I watch the videos and follow the instructions, but I keep running into error messages or I can’t find what I’m looking for. Also, several of the buttons on the left don’t make sense to me. I have to click through all the buttons to find what I need. Honestly, it’s the sheer amount of time it saves. Being able to push content out to multiple platforms at once, without having to manually log in to each one, is a real game-changer. The automation features, along with how well it integrates with other tools (like n8n), give you a ton of flexibility, especially if you like to tinker and fine-tune your workflows. I am a fundraising professional building a personal brand and a side consulting practice, so I am posting the same video or graphic to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube fairly often. Blotato lets me write and format once and push it to all five platforms at the same time instead of re-uploading to each app separately. The scheduling window feels too short. Users want to be able to book content 2 to 3 months out.

I’ve also seen deleted posts still publish sometimes, and the calendar sync is a bit rough around the edges. The UI feels early-stage and plain, and the calendar view becomes hard to follow once a lot of posts are scheduled.

I really like Blotato AI's integration with Claude as it takes out a lot of manual steps for me. I can build content in Claude and then have it automatically scheduled in Blotato AI, which has been a huge time-saver. I also appreciate the ability to create templates from other people's content. The initial setup was very easy, and coming up with fresh ideas is much easier now. I like that I can see all posts stats from multiple social media in one place. I connected my Instagram account and from Blotato I could see my latest posts and any new comments there. I joined the free trial to understand how the app works and suddenly got bill-slapped. I thought I would be billed only when explicitly upgrading, but it was a timed free trial instead. I was expecting to be informed before being charged, but I only learned I was charged through my credit card bill. After that I cancelled and I still don't understand how Blotato works.
