The tool is easy to manage and customize. **What do you dislike about Bloomberg Vault?** Bloomberg Vault is an amazing tool and I have not had any mulfunctionalities problems with the tool. **Recommendations to others considering Bloomberg Vault:** Bloomberg Vault has always worked and at no time did it disappoint us. For this reason I recommend it. **What problems is Bloomberg Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use this tool when it comes to archiving files and company data. Bloomberg Vault program has some incredible templates and is extremely easy to use. I like that it has a wide range of information stored and I can find at least all of the things that I'm looking for. It provides content of quality that is needed in my work all the time. This platform is that it allows me to create an excellent sale to manage its system for the market business level and also providing the pretty design and offering free service for the different options in a very average cost. **What do you dislike about Bloomberg Vault?** The main disadvantage of Bloomberg Vault software is that all of its features are very limited and vary wildly use in market. Its reporting functionality could be better but not greater because its functionality is very poor and we can’t work at this software in easiest way. Another problem about Bloomberg Vault software is that it also has limited choice to different template design and this is very expensive, but it is very user friendly and also efficient software. It is sometimes difficult to identify a specific company when there are multiple search results with the same name but this system cannot response and it cannot work at the one platform in multiple files. **What problems is Bloomberg Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would like to use Bloomberg Vault software because it is very easy to navigate and easiest for the new users. I personally use this software because it has a lot of choice for other functions. It is very reasonably priced and easy to use. I can save my searches, modify them while looking at a list. It also shows you other contacts within the same company while you're looking at the company data. Bloomberg Vault is the well-integrated tool for providing the best security system for our business. ### 3.
