Sales opportunities can be grabbed very quickly via customized sales processes that they have equipped for more premium users. Its marketing automation for emails is just great than other CRM available in the market. **What do you dislike about BizPlus CRM?** This does not offer any trial period and hence you might lose money or not find it useful after a month or 2. The support staff is not too good to handle my requests or solve issues in uploading content from outside sources. Even knowledge base is not updated well with every update. **What problems is BizPlus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have issues with previous CRM applications regarding automation of marketing but BizPlus solved this problem and speed up my lead generation process gradually. Even if their premium plan costs more but is worth to subscribe for it as its advanced mechanisms reduce churn rates. ### 2. I can be able t get precise client insights in one go. And also, I can be able to access it anywhere and anytime with the web-based UI that makes it easy t allow my team to update and revert quickly. **What do you dislike about BizPlus CRM?** Accessing on a mobile platform is tricky and sometimes takes lots of time to load. And I have also found that they don't have a bulk data uploading feature till I was using it. Also if you don't have internet connection data cannot be accessed while offline. **What problems is BizPlus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me and my team to gather crucial insights about customers and create automated tracking for sales opportunities. I have also used this tool for my marketing campaigns and I found this tool helpful in targeting much-diversed ways which is quicker and easier. ### 3.
