Bizely Reviews & Product Details

Bizely is shop management software for window tint, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrap and ceramic coating businesses. It brings enquiries, quotes, bookings, technicians, invoices and payments into one system, so small and mid-size shops can stop running the business from text messages, spreadsheets and paper notes. Bizely was built alongside a working tint and wrap shop, around how these businesses take enquiries, quote jobs and book installs. Enquiries and leads: Shops capture enquiries through an embeddable enquiry widget on their existing website, or through a dedicated Bizely enquiry and booking page if they don't have a website. Each enquiry lands in one list with a status, such as pending, contacted, follow-up or quotation sent. Quotes: Staff build a quote from the enquiry with the customer's vehicle details, services, discounts and tax. Quotes go out by email as a branded PDF with a link to view them online, and Bizely records when each quote is sent, viewed and accepted. Online booking and scheduling: Customers can accept a quote and choose an available time, or book directly through an online booking scheduler embedded on the shop's website. Bookings appear on a colour-coded calendar with month, week, day and list views, and Bizely assigns an available technician automatically based on the date, time and service. Invoicing and payments: When a job is completed, Bizely generates the invoice. Staff record payments, and the customer's vehicle, quote, booking and invoice history stays together for future visits. Follow-ups and notifications: Automated follow-ups, booking confirmations and appointment reminders go out by email, with SMS available on the Growth plan. Reporting: A dashboard shows the day's enquiries, follow-ups, bookings and sales. Reports cover revenue, payments, bookings and average order value for any date range. Bizely runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Pricing starts at USD 49 per month, with a 30-day free trial.
