Quotes: Staff build a quote from the enquiry with the customer's vehicle details, services, discounts and tax. Quotes go out by email as a branded PDF with a link to view them online, and Bizely records when each quote is sent, viewed and accepted.
Online booking and scheduling: Customers can accept a quote and choose an available time, or book directly through an online booking scheduler embedded on the shop's website. Bookings appear on a colour-coded calendar with month, week, day and list views, and Bizely assigns an available technician automatically based on the date, time and service.
Invoicing and payments: When a job is completed, Bizely generates the invoice. Staff record payments, and the customer's vehicle, quote, booking and invoice history stays together for future visits.
Follow-ups and notifications: Automated follow-ups, booking confirmations and appointment reminders go out by email, with SMS available on the Growth plan.
Reporting: A dashboard shows the day's enquiries, follow-ups, bookings and sales. Reports cover revenue, payments, bookings and average order value for any date range.
