"Bitwarden and Chrome/Edge integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

I started using the app from the Windows Store, and I find it better than the Chrome/Edge extension. It feels faster to use, and it makes it easier to copy and paste the username or password when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

It’s a problem when I use Apple’s password manager and Bitwarden in Chrome at the same time. I get a message saying that Bitwarden can’t be used, and then the webpage gets “blocked,” which is really annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth and Secure Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

The apps and integration of Bitwarden always feels 'fresh'. Whilst I'm not always a big fan of UI/UX change, the updates to the UI/UX appear to be positive changes and the app never feels sluggish or non-native Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

Bitwarden Send still feels a little clunky. You can use Bitwarden Send to send both "text" and "Files", but I would love a policy that sets "one time link sending" as a default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The easiest software to configure a safe password manager for your team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

The best thing, beasides the features, was the easy configuration. We don't have an IT team, so that was a key thing for a fast implementation.

The tutorials are excelent and helps a lot to integrate BitWarden with other softwares, and was very important for teaching our team how to use it.

The support and human quality of Matthew was incredible. Is very important for us have a human and good customer support on our services.

We use BitWarden every day as our "log in" in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

We cannot set up two-factor authentication other than through an authentication app. As of now, it is the only feature we lack from everything we needed. Nevertheless, we understand that it is not a feature offered by other similar services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean Design, Seamless iOS Autofill, and Helpful Built-In Security Alerts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

The clean design makes it easy to sort and quickly find specific login details, even when I’m dealing with a massive list of project folders. On mobile, everything syncs smoothly with iOS autofill without dropping the connection, which makes day-to-day use feel seamless. I also appreciate the proactive security alerts about weak keys built right into the free tier, since that adds genuinely practical value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

It’s a bit frustrating that deeper infrastructure audits and more comprehensive security reporting tools are still locked behind the premium subscription tier. If those vulnerability-tracking logs were available at the base level, it would be much easier to manage long-term data security monitoring and keep everything consistently tracked over time. "Facilidad de Uso, Seguridad y Compatibilidad Total"
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Open-Source Password Manager for Mid-Market"
4/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

In our mid-sized organization, my primary use case for Bitwarden is to establish a secure, centralized vault for all our sensitive company data. As a Security Engineer, I use it not just for standard employee web logins, but for securely storing database credentials, API tokens, and SSH keys that our DevOps and IT teams share on a daily basis. We also heavily utilize the Bitwarden Directory Connector to synchronize with our existing Azure AD setup. This ensures that our password management is seamlessly integrated with our broader identity and access management strategy, allowing us to provision and de-provision users automatically. What stands out the most is the undeniable transparency of its open-source architecture. Knowing the code is regularly audited by third-party security firms gives me a lot of peace of mind. From an administrative standpoint, the Role-Based Access Control via 'Collections' is incredibly granular. I can create specific shared vaults for the HR team and completely different, highly restricted vaults for the server admins. Another massive plus for my technical team is the Bitwarden CLI. Our developers love being able to fetch secrets programmatically without ever leaving their terminals. On top of all this, the enterprise pricing is extremely competitive. We get premium security features, including advanced 2FA options like YubiKey support and detailed event logs for compliance, at a fraction of the cost of competitors. What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

Despite the rock-solid security, the platform isn't without its flaws, mostly centered around the overall user experience. The desktop and web interfaces are highly functional but feel quite dated and clunky compared to the more polished UI of other modern password managers. While my tech-savvy teams do not mind this at all, getting non-technical departments like Sales or Marketing to adopt it requires a bit of hand-holding and extra training during onboarding. Additionally, the browser extension's autofill functionality can be a bit hit-or-miss. It sometimes struggles with multi-page login forms or websites that use complex iframes. Users often have to manually open the extension, copy the password, and paste it, which creates minor friction in their daily workflow. I would also love to see better native, automated password rotation features for our server credentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Chrome Extension Integration and Seamless Cross-Device Credential Sharing"
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

The integration with the Chrome extension is exceptionally smooth, which makes it very straightforward to log credentials on the fly. I also love being able to access everything seamlessly across different devices without any friction. That said, the real standout for me is how easily our team can manage credential histories and securely share specific accounts when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

I haven’t had any major issues with the platform’s core performance. The only minor bottleneck came during the initial onboarding: it took me a brief moment of trial and error to fully grasp how some of the video-based tutorials were structured around vault sharing. "Effortless Password Management with Minor Login Annoyances"
4/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

I use Bitwarden to store personal and corporate passwords, and I appreciate being able to manage and share them with family or friends. I find the OTP feature particularly helpful, as it allows for quick access and is shared with the password, so I'm not being asked to share OTP codes separately. Organizing passwords for different collections is another feature I enjoy, as it lets me have different groups of passwords ready to share with family or friends. It's also nice that the initial setup of Bitwarden was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

I'm being logged out frequently with Bitwarden. It keeps asking for a fingerprint all the time, and I don't want to insert my master password every day or week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Cross-Platform Password Manager"
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

I use Bitwarden every day for managing personal and professional password credentials. It works perfectly across all my devices, including Android, Linux, Mac, and Windows machines. What I like most is how Bitwarden seamlessly integrates with my web browsers, especially Chrome and Firefox, making it very functional for my needs. The initial setup is just easy, which was great for getting started quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

I think it can be more user-friendly to create new passwords. It would also be helpful to have a way to automatically organize old credentials because using each one for a long time can lead to having a lot of outdated credentials that need to be categorized. Additionally, I wish there were more security features, like the ability to change my passwords directly on the websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant Auto-Fill, Strong Password Generator, and Reliable Search"
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwarden?

The auto-fill feature is impressively responsive, so I can access and use my credentials almost instantly. I also depend a lot on the built-in generator to create unique keys, and the search bar never fails when I need to bring up an obscure login quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwarden?

The pop-up prompt to update saved credentials keeps triggering constantly, even when I’m just filling out a standard form field that isn’t related to a password change. On top of that, managing and moving bulk permission groups in the admin panel feels clumsy and awkward. Also, losing access immediately if a billing cycle hits even a minor processing delay is a major headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
