Here in the United States, we experienced way too many issues with artifacts, along with finding the interface not as easy to use as Zoom. The main reason we tested this out was the European team wanted to have a specific program for them to use, so we figured we could hop on and potentially find some value in using it, but for now we won't convert. The lack of in person and webinar training session makes it difficult for a new person to break in the system quickly and efficiently. The absence of e commerce and eLearning companies decreases the number of sectors the software has hold off. There is no specific learning portal increasing the time required to break in the software. There is no blended and asynchronous learning available making it difficult for a person to get the know how of the software.
