They do seem to have good GDPR protections, so that is always a huge plus. **What do you dislike about BitMeeting?** Here in the United States, we experienced way too many issues with artifacts, along with finding the interface not as easy to use as Zoom. Cloud storage option is also available which performs a dual role of data backup plus accessibility of data anytime. Live online training is available focused on the learning of the consumer about the product usage. A support team is available to deal with any problems that arise at the consumer end. Its video conferencing feature can be used to not only hold conferences between distant members but can also be used for academic purposes.
