## About BillingHub
BillingHub is invoicing software for freelancers, contractors and small businesses that bills by the invoice rather than by the month. Credits are bought once, and one credit is spent only when an invoice is issued. A draft costs nothing, estimates and quotes are free on every plan, and credits never expire — so a quiet month costs nothing at all. That pricing model is the point of the product. Most invoicing tools charge a subscription whether or not you send anything, and several cap how many clients you may keep on the cheaper plans. BillingHub places no cap on clients, products or tax rates on any plan, and its packs are one-time and never renew. A yearly plan exists for people who would rather have one; nothing else on the price list recurs. What you send is a professional PDF invoice in any of 156 currencies, carrying your own logo and no BillingHub branding. Line items, discounts, per-line taxes and your own numbering are all supported, and the document renders live beside the editor as you type, so what the client receives is what you saw while writing it. Estimates and quotes are sent as a link the client accepts or declines online, and an accepted quote becomes an invoice. Payments are collected through your own Stripe account, so the money arrives where it already does, and the invoice is settled automatically once the payment clears. Every document keeps an activity timeline — issued, sent, opened, paid — and the dashboard shows what is owed, what is overdue and what has been collected. For teams that bill from their own systems, the yearly plan adds invoices that repeat on a schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly) and a REST API with idempotency keys, plus outbound webhooks for invoice.sent, invoice.failed and invoice.paid. There is also a free invoice generator that needs no account at all: fill in the form, watch the document render beside it, and download the PDF. BillingHub is operated by Evax LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in January 2025. The service launched in July 2026.
