BillingHub is invoicing billed by the invoice rather than by the month. Credits are bought once, and one credit is spent only when an invoice is issued — a draft costs nothing, and estimates and quotes are free on every plan. Credits never expire, so a quiet month costs nothing. The packs are one-time and never renew; a yearly plan is there for people who would rather have one. On every plan, invoices go out as PDFs in 156 currencies, carrying the seller's own logo and no BillingHub branding, with no cap on clients, products or tax rates. Estimates and quotes are sent as a link the client accepts or declines online, and an accepted quote becomes an invoice. Payments are collected through the seller's own Stripe account. The yearly plan adds invoices that repeat on a schedule and a REST API with idempotency keys and outbound webhooks, for teams that bill from their own systems. There is also a free invoice generator that needs no account at all: fill in the form, watch the document render beside it, download the PDF.
