The user interface is friendly for a non technical user. I find it really useful for managing the invoice for all the employees and effectively track hours across multiple project. They have an excellent customer support to help with managing the system. **What do you dislike about billage?** It would be helpful if they could add description of tasks with time tracking and invoicing for specific services. It would make life much easier. It is a little tricky to implement it first time **What problems is billage solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me track my team and create their respective billing effectively. Invoicing with so much detail and automating for every month is very helpful for my organisation ### 2. It does not have loads and loads of unnecessary features but the one's you need the most in a CRM are available here. **What do you dislike about billage?** The way to use it, it's a bit tough to get around to using the software. But once you learn it and use it daily the easier it gets. The UX can be a bit trickier for non-IT background people to use. **What problems is billage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking of business is easy, leads and opportunities can be grouped and tracked easily.
