Bilby Reviews & Product Details

Bilby is ecommerce testing software that automates nightly monitoring of online stores by simulating the customer shopping journey. Acting as an AI customer, it navigates key pages like the homepage, product pages, cart, and checkout on desktop and mobile. Detected issues trigger email alerts before the next business day, enabling quick fixes to prevent revenue loss. Bilby prioritizes findings by financial impact, offering cost estimates, fix times, and screenshots for clarity. It checks critical functions like add-to-cart, discount codes, shipping calculations, and mobile page load times. It tracks infrastructure changes, such as theme updates or plugin modifications. Advanced plans include price monitoring, keyword ranking updates, and AI integration to assess store recommendations. Operating in regions like the US, UK, EU, and Australia, Bilby uses local servers for accurate monitoring. Initial scans require no account and provide instant store health insights.
