Dictation, because all we had to do was listen to the attorneys dictation and bighand would automatically detect all of it and we just have to go in and fix minor mistakes the mic didn’t pick up. I am not a fan that there is a seperate application for the dictation and the review. Lawyers can only use the app and paralegals have to translate it through an application. When rolling out a new product, it is nice to have consistency amoung all users. It is also sometimes difficult to add licenses since you have to go through a sales rep but they don't notify you when your rep leaves the company and do not use out of office emails.
