**What do you like best about Big Network?**

The support has been great.  Quick to respond and knowledgable.

**What do you dislike about Big Network?**

The cost was a little on the high side compared to some others but well worth it.

**What problems is Big Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapping networks more easily.  We used BGP in the past which is complicated and bulky.
